Abstract
Jasa pentipan barang kos merupakan proses bisnis yang menyediakan pelayanan jasa pentipan barang kos bagi anak kos yang akan menitipkan barangnya untuk ditinggalkan pergi kembali ke kampung halaman nya .Salah satu jasa penitipan barang kos di kota Malang adalah jasa penitipan barang kos nitip dulu. nitip dulu menduduki urutan ke tiga berdasarkan tabel 1.1 tentang pemeringkatan followers jasa penitipan barang. Followers media sosial instagram dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap proses bisnis jasa pentipan barang kos oleh sebab itu penelitian penulis menggunakan Analisis porter five force competitive model untuk melihat daya saing dan tekanan untuk nitip dulu dari pesaing ,jasa produk pengganti,tawar menwar antara konsumen,tawar menawar pemasok serta ,jasa produk sejenis. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif.Dengan pengumplan data menggunakan wawancara,observasi serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitianini dengan pengukuran dari lima kekuatan porter five force model yang mana dapat mberikan tekanan ancaman pada jasa pentipan barang kos nitip dulu .Dapat disimpulkan dari penelitian penulis bagaimana analisis serta pengukuran porter five force model dapat disimpulkan bahawa nitip dulu mampu bersaing pada tekanan dan acaman dari pesaing namun tetap perlu untuk diwaspadai dan tetap menjaga nitip dulu.
English Abstract
Boarding goods safekeeping is a business that provides goods safekeeping services for boarding people who want to board out their goods during their trip to hometown. One of this business service in Malang is Nitip Dulu. This business is in the third rank based on the table 1.1 about goods safekeeping services. Followers on Instagram social media can give influence to goods safekeeping services, therefore a researcher uses Porter Five Force Competitive Model Analysis to face the competitiveness and pressure between Nitip Dulu service to the competitors, subtitute services, bargaining suppliers, and other similar services. On this research, the researcher uses descriptive qualitative method. The data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentations. The result of this research based on five strength of Porter Five Force model is pressure and thread can be received by Nitip Dulu goods safekeeping service. But, it can compete with other competitor, even though the strength of the competitor must watch out.
