Abstract
OYPMK (Orang Yang Pernah Mengalami Kusta) merupakan sebutan bagi penyintas kusta yang telah menyelesaikan pengobatannya. Meski sudah dinyatakan sembuh, dampak psikologi karena kusta tidak sepenuhnya hilang dari OYPMK. Hal ini berkaitan dengan disabilitas yang ditimbulkan, serta stigma bahwa kusta adalah penyakit yang mudah menular. Tentunya hal ini dapat mengganggu kualitas hidup OYPMK. Hubungan kualitas hidup dan modal psikologis sebagai salah satu konsep psikologi positif belum pernah dilakukan, padahal hal ini penting untuk membantu OYPMK menciptakan lingkungan nyaman untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidupnya. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara modal psikologis dan kualitas hidup pada OYPMK, terutama pengaruhnya di keempat domain kualitas hidup (psikologis, kesehatan fisik, sosial dan lingkungan, serta pengobatan). Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif bersifat analitik observasional dengan metode cross-sectional. Pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan 2 kuesioner yakni CPC-12 untuk modal psikologis dan KUKUH untuk mengukur kualitas hidup. Penelitian dilakukan selama 1 bulan dengan sampel yang diambil dari OYPMK di RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar periode akhir Desember 2022 hingga akhir Januari 2023. Setelah dilakukan uji korelasi, diketahui bahwa terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara modal psikologis dan kualitas hidup OYPMK baik secara umum, maupun khusus ditinjau dari keempat aspek kualitas hidup. Korelasi ini bersifat negatif (berlawanan arah) dan memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat (r = -0,873). Artinya, semakin tinggi modal psikologis seseorang maka kualitas hidupnya semakin berada di kondisi tidak ada masalah sama sekali.
English Abstract
OYPMK (People Who Have Experienced Leprosy) is the term for leprosy survivors who have completed their treatment. Even though they have been declared cured, the psychological impact of leprosy has not completely disappeared from OYPMK. This is related to the disability it causes and the stigma that leprosy is an easily transmitted disease. This can disrupt OYPMK's quality of life. The relationship between quality of life and psychological capital as a positive psychology concept has never been done, even though this is important to help OYPMK create a comfortable environment to improve their quality of life. This research aims to determine the relationship between psychological capital and quality of life in OYPMK, especially its influence on the four domains of quality of life (psychological, physical health, social environment, and treatment). This research is a quantitative, observational analytical research with a cross-sectional method. Data collection was carried out using 2 questionnaires, CPC-12 for psychological capital and KUKUH for quality of life. The research was conducted for a month with samples taken from OYPMK at RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar for the period December 2022 to January 2023. It was discovered that there is a significant correlation between psychological capital and the quality of life of OYPMK both in general and specifically (in terms of the four aspects of quality of life). This had a negative correlation and have a very strong correlation (r = -0,873). This means that the person who has a high psychological capital score will have a better quality of life.
