Abstract

Penelitian inti bertujuan untuk : 1) Mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh variabel Dissatisfaction (X1) terhadap Switching Intention (Y). 2) Mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh variabel Transaction Inconvenience (X2) terhadap Switching Intention (Y). 3) Mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh variabel Ease of Use (X3) terhadap Switching Intention (Y). 4) Mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh variabel Critical Mass (X4) terhadap Switching Intention (Y). 5) Mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh Switching Cost (X5) terhadap Switching Intention (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian eksploratif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna QRIS di Kota Surakarta dan dilakukan dengan metode purposive random sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 150 responden. Data dianalisis dengan metode Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Dissatisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Switching Intention. Transaction Inconvenience berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Switching Intention. Ease of Use berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Switching Intention. Critical Mass berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Switching Intention. Switching Cost berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Switching Intention pada pengguna QRIS di Pasar Tradisional Kota Surakarta.

English Abstract

This study aims to: 1) Knowing and testing the effect of Dissatisfaction variables (X1) on Switching Intention (Y). 2) Knowing and testing the effect of the variable Transaction Inconvenience variables (X2) on Switching Intention (Y). 3) Knowing and testing the effect of Ease of Use variables (X3) on Switching Intention (Y). 4) Knowing and testing the effect of Critical Mass variables (X4) on Switching Intention (Y). 5) Knowing and testing the effect of Switching Cost (X5) on Switching Intention (Y). This study uses explorative with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were QRIS users in Surakarta City and were carried out using a purposive random sampling method with a sample of 150 respondents. The data was analyzed using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) method with the help of SmartPLS software. The results show that Dissatisfacion has a significant positive effect on Switching Intention. Transaction Inconvenience has not a significant effect on Switching Intention. Ease of Use has a significant positive effect on Switching Intention. Critical Mass has a significant positive effect on Switching Intention. Switching Cost has a significant negative effect on Switching Intention on QRIS users in traditional markets of Surakarta.
