Abstract
Setiap organisasi mengharapkan anggota organisasinya dapat berkinerja sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi oleh cara pemimpin bertindak, berbicara, dan mengarahkan. Setiap pemimpin mempunyai gaya kepemimpinannya masing-masing yang menentukan bagaimana pemimpin memimpin tim. Faktor internal juga berperan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Motivasi kerja merupakan salah satu kekuatan internal yang mendorong individu untuk mencapai output yang diharapkan. Hubungan gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan kinerja pegawai dapat dimoderasi oleh kepuasan kerja terkait dengan kenyataan bahwa pegawai akan bekerja sesuai dengan yang diharapkan apabila kebutuhannya dapat terpenuhi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai secara langsung dan dimoderasi oleh kepuasan kerja pada Loja Creative Furak, LDA sebagai lokasi penelitian. Sampel penelitian ini adalah karyawan Loja Creative Furak
English Abstract
Every organization expect the member of the organization can perform as expected. The perfomance of employee influences by how the leader act, talk, and direct. Each leader has their own leadership style that determines on how the leader lead the team. Internal factor also plays a role in increasing the employee performance. Work motivation is one of the internal forces that push individual to reach the expect output. The relationship of leadership style, work motivation, and employee performance can be moderated by job satisfaction related to the fact that empoyee will perform as expected if their needs can be fulfilled. Thus, this research is conducted to examine the influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance directly and moderated by job satisfaction in Loja Creative Furak, LDA as the location of the research. The sample of this research is the employee of Loja Creative Furak, LDA with total 157 employees. The data analysis was coducted using descriptive analysis and linear regression analysis using Software Statistical Program and Service Solution (SPSS) version 26. The result shows that leadership style and work motivation significantly influence employee performance directly and moderated by job satisfaction.
