Abstract

Fokus dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan agrowisata dalam perspektif Good Governance, dan dampak dari pengelolaan ini kepada masyarakat di Desa Duwet Krajan ini. Adapun jenis pendekatan penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, yang dimaksudkan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai pengelolaan agrowisata di desa Duwet Krajan dalam tinjauan good governance. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi sebagai cara dalam mengumpulkan data. Disamping itu, teori good governance, konsep agrowisata, desa, dan pembangunan desa merupakan beberapa landasan teoritis dalam menganalissi permasalahan yang diteliti. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil diataranya: 1. Pengelolaan agrowisata di desa Duwet Krajan dalam perseptif good governance ini diwujudkan dalam bentuk prinsip-prinsipnya seperti. Partisipasi, Aturan hukum, taransparansi, responsifitas, musyawarah, kesamaan hak efisiensi dan efektivitas, akuntabilitas dan visi strategis. Meskipun begitu, karakteristik partisipasilah yang sejauh ini telah dijalankan secara maksimal oleh masyarakat desa Duwet Krajan. Pemerintah desa misalnya, sebagai unsur utama telah bekerja secara maksimal dalam mewadahi setiap kebutuhan masyarakat dengan cara membentuk gabungan kelompok tani. 2. Adanya dampak yang dihasilkan dari tata kelola agrowisata di Desa Duwet Krajan, meliputi dampak sebelum dan sesudah terbentuknya kelompok tani. Sebelum terbentuknya kelompok Tani Madusari, permasalahan yang dihadapi masyarakat sangat beragam, seperti: Sulitnya memanfatkan ataupun mendistribusikan hasil panen, harga beli dari tengkulak yang rendah, sistem pengelolaan masih mempertahankan cara lama dll. Adapun perubahan yang terjadi setelah didirikanya kelompok tani Madusari, yaitu: Masyarakat tidak mengalami kesulitan dalam proses mendistribusikan hasil panen apel, adanya standar harga jual sehingga para tengkulak tidak berspekulasi menentukan harga jual sendiri. Terciptanya sinergitas yang positif diantara petani apel, pemerintah desa dan masyarakat serta, yang tak kalah penting adalah desa Duwet Krajan diajadikan ikon baru sebagai daerah wisata petik apel.

English Abstract

The Focus of this research is to know how to manage agro-tourism in the perspective of Good Governance, and the impact of this management to the community in Duwet Krajan Village. The type of this research approach is descriptive qualitative, which is intended to obtain information about the management of agro-tourism in the village of Duwet Krajan in the review of good governance. Furthermore, this study uses interviewing techniques and documentation as a way collecting data.In addition, the theory of good governance,the concept of agro-tourism,village development are some theoretical foundations in analyzing the problems studied. This Study obtained results diantaranya: 1. Management agro-tourism in the village of Duwet Krajan in perceptive good governance is embodied in the form of principles such as. Participation, Rules of law,transparency, responsivaness, deliberation, equality of right of efficiency and effectiveness, accountability and strategic vision. However, the participatory characteristics so far have been carried out optimally by Duwet Krajan villagers. Village government for example, as the main element has worked optimally in accommodating every need of society by forming a combination of farmer group 2. The impacts resulting from agro-tourism governance in Duwet Krajan Village cover the impacts before and after the formation of farmer group. Prior to the establishment of the Madusari Tani group, the problems faced by community were varied, such as:Difficult to user or distribute the harvest, low purchase price of the middleman, the management system still maintain the old way etc. The changes that occurred after the establishment of Madusari farmer groups,namely : Society does not have difficulties in the process of distributing the apple harvest,the standard price of the sale so that the middlemen are not speculating determining the selling price itself. The creation of positive synergy among apple farmers, village and community goverments and, no less important is the village of Duwet Krajan new icon as a tourist area apple picking.
