Abstract
Gagal ginjal kronis dilakukan terapi hemodialisis yang dilakukan seumur hidup sehingga membutuhkan peran keluarga. Beban keluarga dalam merawat pasien sangatlah besar sehingga perlunya resiliensi keluarga. Penilaian makna hidup keluarga yang baik mampu membentuk resiliensi keluarga. Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan penilaian makna hidup dengan resiliensi keluarga dalam merawat pasien gagal ginjal kronis yang hemodialisis. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode analitik korelasi dan pendekatan Cross Sectional dengan menggunakan instrument berupa kuesioner Meaning in Life Questionare dan Walsh Family Resilience Questionare yang dibagikan kepada 116 responden keluarga yang menjadi sampel penelitian. Teknik sampling yang dipakai adalah Purposive Sampling dengan menggunakan kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Hasil uji korelasi menggunakan Spearman Rank menunjukkan p value 0,000 dengan koefisien kolerasi 0,701. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan sebanyak 100 responden (86,2) meliliki penilaian makna hidup tinggi dan sebanyak 108 responden (93,1) memiliki resiliensi keluarga tinggi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara penilaian makna hidup dengan resiliensi keluarga, dimana semakin tinggi penilaian makna hidup maka semakin tinggi resiliensi keluarga. Perawat dapat memberikan fokus pelayanan kepada keluarga berkaitan penilaian makna hidup dan resiliensi keluarga dengan pembentukan Self Help Group (SHG) dan pemberian edukasi tentang penyakit, maupun support untuk berfikir positif tentang penyakit gagal ginjal kronis.
English Abstract
Chronic kidney failure is carried out by hemodialysis therapy which is carried out for life so it requires the role of the family. The burden of the family in caring for the patient is very large so that a need for family resilience. A good assessment of the meaning of family life can shape family resilience. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between the assessment of the meaning of life with family resilience in caring for chronic kidney failure patients on hemodialysis. Quantitative research with correlation analytic method and Cross-Sectional approach used instruments in the form of Meaning in Life Questionnaire and Walsh Family Resilience Questionnaire distributed to 116 family respondents who became the research sample. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling using predetermined inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results of the correlation test using Spearman Rank showed a p-value of 0.000 with a correlation coefficient of 0.701. In this study, it was found that 100 respondents (86.2%) had a high meaning of life assessment and 108 respondents (93.1%) had high family resilience. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between life meaning assessment and family resilience, where the higher the life meaning assessment, the higher the family resilience. Nurses can provide a focus of service to families regarding the assessment of the meaning of life and family resilience by forming a Self Help Group (SHG), and providing education about the disease, as well as support to think positively about chronic kidney failure.
