Abstract

Risiko perilaku kekerasan merupakan suatu bentuk perilaku yang bertujuan untuk melukai seseorang secara fisik maupun psikologis. Perilaku kekerasan dapat dilakukan secara verbal, diarahkan pada diri sendiri dan orang lain. Tanda dan gejala risiko perilaku kekerasan dapat terjadi perubahan pada fungsi kognitif, afektif, fisiologis, perilaku dan sosial. Pada aspek fisik tekanan darah meningkat, denyut nadi dan pernapasan meningkat, mudah tersinggung, marah, amuk serta dapat mencederai diri sendiri maupun orang lain. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan asuhan keperawatan yang digunakan pada pasien risiko perilaku kekerasan dengan menggunakan Standar Diagnosis Keperawatan Indonesia (SDKI), Standar Intervensi Keperawatan Indonesia (SIKI), dan Standar Luaran Keperawatan Indonesia (SLKI) dalam rangka menyajikan panduan awal untuk pengembangan rencana asuhan keperawatan jiwa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif berupa studi kasus penerapan asuhan keperawatan sesuai dengan SDKI, SIKI dan SLKI. Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil pengkajian dan catatan rekam medis pasien. Data pengkajian berupa faktor predisposisi, faktor presipitasi, tanda gejala, rentang respon, intervensi serta evaluasi pada pasien risiko perilaku kekerasan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pemberian asuhan keperawatan jiwa sudah optimal namun masih ada intervensi secara spiritual yang belum dilaksanakan. Pada pemberian intervensi sangat penting bagi perawat untuk berpedoman pada standar yang ada dan memperluas wawasan terkait perkembangan intervensi dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan melalui praktik berbasis bukti supaya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada pasien.

English Abstract

The risk of violent behavior is a form of behavior that aims to injure someone physically or psychologically. Violent behavior can be done verbally, directed at oneself and others. Signs and symptoms of risk of violent behavior can occur changes in cognitive, affective, physiological, behavioral and social functions. On the physical aspect, blood pressure increases, pulse and respiration increase, irritability, anger, rage and can injure oneself and others. The purpose of this study was to describe the nursing care used for patients at risk of violent behavior by using the Indonesian Nursing Diagnosis Standards (SDKI), Indonesian Nursing Intervention Standards (SIKI), and Indonesian Nursing Outcome Standards (SLKI) in order to provide initial guidelines for the development of plans psychiatric care. This study used a descriptive method in the form of case studies on the application of nursing care according to the SDKI, SIKI and SLKI. The research data were obtained from the results of the assessment and patient medical records. Assessment data are in the form of predisposing factors, precipitating factors, signs and symptoms, range of responses, interventions and evaluations in patients at risk for violent behavior. The conclusion of this study is that the provision of mental nursing care has been optimal but there are still spiritual interventions that have not been implemented. In providing interventions it is very important for nurses to be guided by existing standards and broaden insights regarding the development of interventions in providing nursing care through evidence-based practice in order to improve the quality of service to patients.
