Abstract
Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) merupakan salah satu masalah tertinggi pada tenaga kesehatan khususnya perawat yang dapat mempengaruhi kesehatan fisik, mental dan kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan beban kerja dengan keluhan MSDs pada perawat di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Panti Waluya Sawahan Malang. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelasional melalui pendekatan cross-sectional. Responden dari penelitian ini sebanyak 108 perawat dengan kriteria inklusi antara lain perawat yang melakukan asuhan secara langsung dan bekerja lebih dari 1 tahun. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan adalah Nordic Body Map (NBM) dan National Aeronautics and Space Administratrion-Task Load Index (NASA-TLX). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan beban kerja tinggi yaitu sebanyak 49 responden (45.4) dengan dimensi beban kerja paling tinggi yaitu kebutuhan fisik dan untuk keluhan MSDs dengan tingkat sedang yaitu sebanyak 60 responden (55,6) dengan keluhan tertinggi pada bagian punggung. Hasil uji Spearman Rank pada kedua variabel menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan dengan nilai signifikansi p-value 0.000 (<0.05), nilai r 0,473 dimana semakin tinggi beban kerja maka semakin tinggi pula keluhan MSDs yang dirasakan. Dengan demikian perawat dalam melakukan pekerjaan hendaknya tetap menjaga energinya, serta meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai prinsip ergonomi.
English Abstract
Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) are one of the highest problems for health workers, especially nurses, which can affect physical, mental health and service quality. This study aims to analyze the relationship between workload and MSDs complaints among nurses in the Inpatient Room at Panti Waluya Sawahan Hospital, Malang. The research design was used correlation descriptive with a cross-sectional approach. In this study there were respondents with a total of 108 nurses at the Inpatient Room of Panti Waluya Sawahan Hospital Malang. The research instrument used are a questionnaire of Nordic Body Map (NBM) and National Aeronautics and Space Administratrion-Task Load Index (NASA-TLX). The results of this study showed that the workload was high, namely 49 respondents (45.4%) with the highest workload dimension, namely physical needs and for moderate levels of MSDs complaints, namely 60 respondents (55.6%) with the highest complaints being the back. The results of the Spearman Rank test on both variables show that there is a relationship with a significance value of p-value 0.000 (<0.05), r value 0.473 where the higher the workload, the higher the perceived MSDs complaints. Thus, when carrying out work, nurses should maintain their energy and increase their knowledge of ergonomic principles.
