Abstract
Desa Sidomulyo merupakan salah satu desa wisata yang memiliki potensi di Kota Batu, Jawa Timur. Meskipun Desa Sidomulyo memiliki pesona alam dan daya tarik yang beragam, keberadaan Desa Sidomulyo belum dapat menjangkau perhatian wisatawan secara luas. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan penurunan jumlah wisatawan sebanyak 32% sejak tahun 2018-2021. Selain itu, durasi kunjungan wisatawan yang mengunjungi Desa Sidomulyo relatif singkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa prioritas penanganan pada aspek penawaran wisata Desa Sidomulyo dengan menggunakan analisis model Kano. Dengan mengisi kekosongan pada penelitian penilaian tahapan pengembangan dan kesesuaian permintaan dan penawaran Desa Sidomulyo, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dan pemahaman tentang prioritas penanganan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan aspek penawaran pada Desa Sidomulyo, serta memberikan dasar untuk penelitian lebih lanjut dalam pengembangan desa wisata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 15 dari 41 atribut penelitian menjadi prioritas penanganan pengelola Desa Sidomulyo. Dengan harapan, jumlah kunjungan wisatawan ke Desa Sidomulyo akan meningkat dan dapat menjadi desa wisata bunga yang unggul di Kota Batu.
English Abstract
Sidomulyo Village is one of the tourist villages that has potential in Batu City, East Java. Even though Sidomulyo Village has natural charm and various attractions, the existence of Sidomulyo Village has not been able to reach the attention of tourists widely. This is proven by a 32% decrease in the number of tourists since 2018-2021. Apart from that, the duration of tourist visits to Sidomulyo Village is relatively short. This research aims to analyze treatment priorities in aspects of the Sidomulyo Village tourism offer using Kano model analysis. By filling in the gaps in research assessing the development stages and suitability of demand and supply in Sidomulyo Village, this research is expected to provide a contribution and understanding of handling priorities. It is hoped that the results of this research can improve aspects of the offerings in Sidomulyo Village, as well as provide a basis for further research in developing tourist villages. The research results show that 15 of the 41 research attributes are priorities for handling by Sidomulyo Village managers. With the hope, the number of tourist visits to Sidomulyo Village will increase and it can become a superior flower tourism village in Batu City.
