Pengaruh Kombinasi Nutrisi dan Pemberian Pupuk Daun terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Tanaman Selada Keriting (Lactuca sativa L.) dengan Sistem Hidroponik Substrat. Di bawah bimbingan Ir. Koesriharti, M.S. Selada keriting salah satu tanaman hortikultura sayuran yang dikonsumsi dalam bentuk daun segar. Permintaan selada terus meningkat, sehingga nilai ekonomi selada cukup tinggi. Pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk di Indonesia tahun 2020-2022 mengalami kenaikan yaitu sebesar 270.203,9 ribu jiwa, 272.682,5 ribu jiwa, dan 278.696,2 ribu jiwa. Peningkatan tersebut membuat sumber makanan seperti sayuran juga semakin meningkat. Tanaman selada keriting dapat dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan sumber makanan sayur agar memenuhi kebutuhan sayuran masyarakat Indonesia. Produksi selada keriting dapat ditingkatkan secara hidoponik substrat. Nutrisi AB mix sangat diandalkan dalam budidaya hidroponik, namun memiliki harga jual cukup mahal. Perlu kombinasi POC kelinci yang dapat menekan dalam penggunaan AB mix agar mendapatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil selada keriting yang optimal dengan biaya produksi lebih murah dan ramah lingkungan. POC kelinci memiliki unsur hara makro yang cukup besar tetapi sedikit dalam unsur hara mikro. Pemberian pupuk daun dapat melengkapi unsur hara mikro yang dibutuhkan tanaman. Tujuan penelitian untuk mempelajari interaksi antara kombinasi nutrisi dan pemberian pupuk daun, serta memperoleh kombinasi nutrisi dan pemberian pupuk daun terbaik untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil selada keriting. Penelitian telah dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei-Juli 2023 pada Greenhouse, Desa Bocek, Kecamatan Karangploso, Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini disusun secara faktorial dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK). Faktor 1, yaitu P1 (100% AB mix), P2 (100% POC kelinci), P3 (85% AB mix dan 15% POC kelinci), P4 (70% AB mix dan 30% POC kelinci), dan P5 (55% AB mix dan 45% POC kelinci). Faktor 2, yaitu W1 (Tanpa pupuk daun) dan W2 (Aplikasi pupuk daun). Variabel pengamatan pertumbuhan dan hasil yaitu tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot segar total tanaman, bobot segar konsumsi, panjang akar, bobot segar akar tanaman, dan root-shoot ratio. Data hasil pengamatan diuji dengan analisis ragam pada taraf 5%. Jika hasil analisis ragam berpengaruh nyata, maka dilanjutkan uji Beda Nyata Jujur (BNJ) pada taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terjadi interaksi kombinasi nutrisi dan aplikasi pupuk daun terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot segat total, dan bobot segar konsumsi tanaman selada keriting. Bobot segar konsumsi pada perlakuan aplikasi pupuk daun maupun tanpa pupuk daun dengan perlakuan kombinasi nutrisi 100% AB mix, 85% AB mix + 15% POC, 70% AB mix + 30% POC, dan 55% AB mix + 45% POC memberikan hasil yang baik. Kombinasi nutrisi 100% AB mix, 85% AB mix + 15% POC, 70% AB mix + 30% POC, dan 55% AB mix + 45% POC memberikan hasil yang baik terhadap tinggi tanaman, panjang akar, dan bobot segar akar. Aplikasi pupuk daun tidak berpengaruh terhadap tinggi tanaman pada umur 7 HST, panjang akar, bobot segar akar, dan root-shoot ratio. Perlakuan aplikasi pupuk daun maupun tanpa pupuk daun dengan kombinasi nutrisi 100% AB mix dan 85% AB mix + 15% POC lebih menguntungkan, serta lebih efisien dan efektif dalam menghasilkan panen selada keriting.

The Effect of Combination of Nutrition and Foliar Fertilizer Application on Growth and Yield of Curly Lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) with Substrate Hydroponic System. Supervised by Ir. Koesriharti, M.S. Curly lettuce is a horticultural vegetable crop that is consumed in the form of fresh leaves. The demand for lettuce continues to increase, so the economic value of lettuce is quite high. Population growth in Indonesia in 2020-2022 has increased, namely 270,203.9 thousand people, 272,682.5 thousand people and 278,696.2 thousand people. This increase means that food sources such as vegetables are also increasing. Curly lettuce plants can be developed to increase vegetable food sources to meet the vegetable needs of the Indonesian people. Curly lettuce production can be increased using hydroponic substrates. AB mix nutrition is very reliable in hydroponic cultivation, but the selling price is quite expensive. A rabbit POC combination is needed that can suppress the use of AB mix in order to get optimal growth and yield of curly lettuce with cheaper production costs and is environmentally friendly. Rabbit LOF contains little micronutrients. Providing foliar fertilizer can supplement the micronutrients that plants need. The aim of the research is to study the interaction between the combination of nutrients and foliar fertilizer, and to obtain the best combination of nutrients and foliar fertilizer. The research was carried out in May-July 2023 at the Greenhouse, Bocek Village, Karangploso District, Malang Regency. This research was structured factorial using a Randomized Block Design (RBD). Factor 1, namely P1 (100% AB mix), P2 (100% rabbit LOF), P3 (85% AB mix and 15% rabbit LOF), P4 (70% AB mix and 30% rabbit LOF), and P5 (55 % AB mix and 45% rabbit LOF). Factor 2, namely W1 (No foliar fertilizer) and W2 (Application of foliar fertilizer). The growth and yield observation variables are plant height, number of leaves, total plant fresh weight, consumption fresh weight, root length, plant root fresh weight, and root-shoot ratio. The observation data was tested using analysis of variance at the 5% level. If the results of the analysis of variance have a significant effect, then the Honestly Significant Difference (HSD) test is continued at the 5% level. The results of the research showed that there was an interaction between the combination of nutrients and the application of foliar fertilizer on plant height, number of leaves, total fresh weight and fresh weight of curly lettuce plant consumption. The fresh weight consumed in the foliar fertilizer application and without foliar fertilizer with 100% AB mix, 85% AB mix + 15% LOF, 70% AB mix + 30% LOF, and 55% AB mix + 45% LOF gave results the good one. The nutritional combination of 100% AB mix, 85% AB mix + 15% LOF, 70% AB mix + 30% LOF, and 55% AB mix + 45% LOF gives good results for plant height, root length and fresh root weight. Foliar fertilizer application had no effect on plant height at 7 DAP, root length, root fresh weight, and root-shoot ratio. The treatment of applying foliar fertilizer or without foliar fertilizer with 100% AB mix and 85% AB mix + 15% LOF is more profitable, and more efficient and effective in producing curly lettuce harvests.
