Abstract

PT IIA merupakan sebuah perusahaan sektor pendidikan yang tetap melanjutkan adanya pola kerja secara WFH pasca menurunnya pandemi Covid-19. Ternyata, didapati bahwa karyawan PT IIA yang dominan bekerja secara WFH justru memiliki hasil kinerja yang lebih rendah, dibandingkan dengan karyawan yang dominan bekerja secara WFO. Maka itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari WFH terhadap kinerja karyawan, sekaligus memberikan rekomendasi kepada perusahaan untuk dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut menggunakan metode regresi linear sederhana. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan PT IIA, kemudian data tersebut diolah dengan menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara WFH dengan kinerja karyawan PT IIA dengan nilai uji t, yaitu 5,028 > ttabel 2,060.

English Abstract

PT IIA is an education sector company that continues to implement a work-from-home (WFH) arrangement after the decline of the Covid-19 pandemic. It turns out, that employees of PT IIA who predominantly work from home have lower performance results compared to those who predominantly work in the office (WFO). Therefore, this research aims to determine the influence of WFH on employee performance and provide recommendations to the company to address this issue using a simple linear regression method. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to PT IIA employees, and then the data was processed using SPSS software. The research results show that there is an influence between WFH and the performance of PT IIA employees with a t-test value of 5.028 > t-table 2.060.
