Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji (1) pengaruh knowledge sharing terhadap individual innovation capability, (2) pengaruh knowledge sharing terhadap kinerja, (3) pengaruh individual innovation capability terhadap kinerja, dan (4) pengaruh tidak langsung knowledge sharing terhadap kinerja melalui individual innovation capability. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebesar 130 responden karyawan PT Rumah Perawatan Indonesia yang meliputi jaringan layanan kerja DKI Jakarta, Bodetabek, Banten & Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah & DIY, Jawa Timur & Bali, dan Sumatera. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis jalur (path analysis). Data diolah menggunakan program software SPSS version 26 dan sobel test untuk menghitung pengaruh tidak langsung antar variabel. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa (1) knowledge sharing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap individual innovation capability, (2) knowledge sharing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) individual innovation capability berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (4) knowledge Sharing berpengaruh signifikan parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui individual innovation capability.

This study aims to analyze and test (1) the effect of knowledge sharing on individual innovation capability, (2) the effect of knowledge sharing on performance, (3) the effect of individual innovation capability on performance, and (4) the indirect effect of knowledge sharing on performance through individuals’ innovation capability. This research uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study was 130 respondents from PT Rumah Nursing Indonesia, which included service networks for DKI Jakarta, Bodetabek, Banten & West Java, Central Java & DIY, East Java & Bali, and Sumatra. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire with data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis (path analysis). The data were processed using the SPSS version 26 software program and the Sobel test to calculate the indirect effect between variables. The results of this study reveal that (1) knowledge sharing has a significant effect on individual innovation capability, (2) knowledge sharing has a significant effect on employee performance, (3) individual innovation capability has a significant effect on employee performance, (4) knowledge sharing has a significant partial effect on employee performance through individual innovation capability
