Abstract

Gangguan aktivitas atau mobilitas pada pasien stroke dapat menimbulkan kecemasan yang membuat pasien panik sebagai bentuk respon dari kebutuhan dasar yang mengganggu dirinya seperti mengalami perubahan perilaku dan emosional seperti syok, ansietas, marah penolakan, marah, stress sampai depresi sehingga membutuhkan koping atau manajemen stress untuk menurunkan tingkat stress. Aplikasi EKSIS menjadi salah satu media intervensi pada penelitian terhadap tingkat stress. Penerapan metode quasi-eksperiment yang didesain pre- post test with control desain dengan teknik purposive sampling dan dianalisis menggunakan uji statistic uji wilcoxon signed rank. Penelitian ini dilakukan di poli syaraf Rumah Sakit Soepraoen Kota Malang dengan sampel total 34 responden yang terbagi menjadi 17 responden pada kelompok kontrol dan 17 respondenpada kelompok intervensi. 10 pertanyaan pada kuesioner Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) untuk melihat tingkat stress. Hasil penelitian tingkat stress pada kelompok kontrol cenderung maladaptif. Terdapat penurunan tingkat stress yang signifikan pada kelompok intervensi setelah penggunaan aplikasi EKSIS. Terdapat perbedaan tingkat stress pasien stroke melalui aplikasi EKSIS pada kelompok kontrol dan kelompok intervensi. Aplikasi EKSIS terbukti efektif terhadap tingkat stress pada pasien stroke.

English Abstract

Impaired activity or mobility in stroke patients can cause anxiety which makes the patient panic as a form of response to basic needs that disturb him such as experiencing behavioral and emotional changes such as shock, anxiety, anger, rejection, anger, stress to depression so that he needs coping or stress management to reduce stress. stress level. The EXSIS application is one of the intervention media in research on stress levels. The application of the quasi- experimental method was designed with a pre-post test with control design using a purposive sampling technique and analyzed using the Wilcoxon signed rank statistical test. This research was conducted at the Soepraoen Hospital Neurology Polyclinic, Malang City with a total sample of 34 respondents divided into 17 respondents in the control group and 17 respondents in the intervention group. 10 questions on the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) questionnaire to see stress levels. The results of research on stress levels in the control group tend to be maladaptive. There was a significant decrease in stress levels in the intervention group after using the EKSIS application. There were differences in the stress levels of stroke patients through the EKSIS application in the control group and the intervention group. The EKSIS application has been proven to be effective in reducing stress levels
