Abstract
Efek pandemi COVID-19 bagi Indonesia menyebabkan diberlakukan PPKM sehingga mempengaruhi ibu rumah tangga selaku orang yang bertanggungjawab dalam memastikan anggota keluarganya tetap sehat. Tujuan penelitian ini secara umum untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat stres ibu rumah tangga dengan keanekaragam makanan keluarga pasca pandemi COVID-19. Rancangan penelitian dengan design Cross Sectional pada ibu rumah tangga di Kabupaten Malinau sebanyak 107 responden. Analisa data menggunakan analisa bivariat untuk melihat hubungan kedua variabel . Tingkat stres diperoleh dari hasil PSS-10 dan keanekaragaman makanan keluarga ditentukan dengan HDDS (Household Dieterary Diversity Score). Ditemukan bahwa tingkat stres ibu rumah tangga tergolong tingkat stres sedang 64,5 dan tingkat stres berat 17,8. Dari 11 kelompok bahan pangan, persentase konsumsi pangan terbesar yaitu sebanyak 104 responden (97,2) yang mengonsumsi kelompok pangan serealia dan sayuran, 86 responden (80,4) konsumsi daging, dan 48 responden (44,9) konsumsi buah-buahan. Keanekaragaman makanan keluarga pasca pandemi COVID-19 di Kabupaten Malinau tergolong sedang 7,5 dan tinggi 92,5. Tingkat stres dan keanekaragaman makanan dipengaruhi banyak faktor yang tidak dianalisis dalam penelitian ini. Terlihat bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara tingkat stres ibu rumah tanga dengan keanekaragaman makanan keluarga pasca pandemi COVID-19 di Kabupaten Malinaudi daerah Kabupaten Malinau (p<0,065).
English Abstract
The effects of the COVID-19 pandemic for Indonesia led to the enactment of PPKM which affected housewives as people who are responsible for ensuring that their family members stay healthy. The general purpose of this study was to find out the relationship between housewives stress levels and family food diversity after the COVID-19 pandemic. The research design used a cross-sectional design for housewives in Malinau district with 107 respondents. Data analysis used bivariate analysis to see the relationship between the two variables. The stress level obtained from the PSS-10 results and family dietary diversity were determined by the HDDS (Household Dietary Diversity Score). It was found that the stress level of housewives was classified as a moderate stress level of 64.5% and a severe stress level of 17.8%. Of the 11 food groups, the largest proportion of food consumption was 104 respondents (97.2%) who consumed cereals and vegetables, 86 respondents (80.4%) consumed meat, and 48 respondents (44.9%) consumed fruit. Post-pandemic COVID-19 family food diversity in Malinau District is classified as moderate at 7.5% and high at 92.5%. Stress levels and food vulnerability are influenced by many factors that were not analyzed in this study. It can be seen that there is no relationship between the level of housewife stress and the diversity of family meals after the COVID-19 pandemic in Malinau District, Malinau District (p <0.065).
