Abstract

Tanaman alpukat (Persea americana Mill.) merupakan tanaman buah yangtermasuk ke dalam famili Lauraceae berasal dari amerika tengah yang beriklimtropisdantelahmenyebarhampirkeseluruhnegarasubtropisdantropistermasukindonesiaterutamadidatarantinggiyangberhawasejuk(curah hujannyatinggi).Pengembanganalpukatterusdilakukanmelaluiberbagaikegiatananta ralainusahapeningkatankualitasproduk(Intensifikasi)danperluasanarealtanam(Ekst ensifikasi)maupunpenganekaragamantanaman,dalam perdagangan dunia buah alpukat merupakan komoditas buah yang penting.Salah satu komponen lingkungan yang merupakan penentu keberhasilan dalamsuatu budidaya tanaman adalah iklim, iklim perlu mendapat perhatian yang lebihserius mengingat pengaruhnya yang sangat besar terhadap berbagai aspek danberperan penting dalam keberhasilan produksi pertanian. Penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk mempelajaripengaruhcurahhujandansuhudenganproduktivitasalpukat. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret 2022 hingga bulan Mei 2022 diKabupatenMalang,alatyangdigunakandalampenelitianiniyaitukuisionerwawanca ra, peta tempat lokasi penelitian, dan kamera. Bahan yang digunakandalam penelitian ini yaitu data iklim (curah hujan dan suhu) tahun 2001 - 2020yang didapatkan dari BMKG (Badan Meteorologi, Klimatologi dan Geofisika)Karangploso,Malangdandata produksi danproduktivitasalpukatKabupatenMalangtahun2001– 2020yangdidapatkandariDinasTanamanPangan,HortikulturadanPerkebunanKabup atenMalang.Metodepenelitianyangdigunakan yaitu metode kualitatif. Data unsur iklim dan produktivitas alpukatdianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi dan regresi.Uji korelasi digunakan untukmengetahuiadatidaknyahubunganantaraunsuriklimterhadapproduktivitasalpu katdenganmenggunakansoftwareMicrosoftExceldanIBMSPSSStatistics 21.Hasilwawancaradianalisismenggunakananalisisdeskriptifuntukmendeskripsika nhasilwawancarayangmeliputipendapatpetanimengenaihubunganunsuriklimterhad approduksialpukat. UjikorelasiunsurIklimdalamkurunwaktu20tahun(2001-2020)didapatkan suhu di kecamatan lawang terhadap produktivitas alpukat memilikinilai yang signifikan. Nilai suhu memiliki nilai sig = 0.029** memiliki hubunganyangcukupkuatterhadapproduktivitasalpukat- 0,489.Sedangkanuntukujiregresi didapatkan nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) nilai curah hujan berpengaruhsebesar 6.6% dan nilai suhu 23.9% serta pengaruht - hitung curah hujan 6,87artinya > 1,725 t - tabel adanya pengaruh curah hujan terhadap suhu di kecamatanwajakdanadanyapengaruhsuhuterhadapproduktivitasdikecamatanlawan g.

English Abstract

Avocado plant (Persea americana Mill.) Is a fruit plant belonging to theLauraceae family originating from tropical Central America and has spread toalmost all sub - tropical and tropical countries including Indonesia, especially inthe highlands with cool air (high rainfall). Avocado development continues to becarried out through various activities including efforts to improve product quality(intensification) and expansion of planting areas (extensification) as well as plantdiversification. In world trade, avocado is an important fruit commodity. One ofthe components of the environment which is the determinant of plant cultivation isclimate, climate that needs more serious attention given its enormous influence onvarious aspects and plays an important role in increasing agricultural production.Thisstudyaimstostudytherelationshipbetweeneffectofrainfallandtemper aturetoavocadoproductivity. The research was conducted from August 2021 to October 2021 in MalangRegency,thetoolsusedin thisresearch areinterviewquestionnaire,MalangRegency map, and camera. The materials used in this research are climate data(rainfall andtemperature) in 2001-2020which wereobtainedfrom BMKG(Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency) Karangploso, Malang andavocado production data for Malang Regency in 2001 - 2020 which were obtainedfrom Department of Food Crops, Horticulture and Plantation Malang Regency.The research method used is the qualitatif method. Data on climate elements andavocado productivity were analyzed using correlation and regression tests. Therelationship test was used to determine whether there was a relationship betweenclimate that was not compatible with productivity using Microsoft Excel and IBMSPSSStatistics21software.Theresultsoftheinterviewsweredescriptiveanalysis to describe the results of the interviews which included the opinion offarmersregarding therelationship betweenclimateandavocadoproduction. Correlation test of climate elements over a period of 20 years (2001-2020) found that the temperature in Lawang sub-district has a significant value onavocadoproductivity.The temperature valuehas a sigvalue = 0.029** has afairlystrongrelationshiptoavocadoproductivity-0.489.Meanwhile,fortheregression test, itwas found that the coefficientof determination (R²) had aneffect on rainfall value of 6.6% and a temperature value of 23.9% and the effect oft - count rainfall 6.87 means > 1.725 t - table shows the effect of rainfall ontemperature in Wajak sub-district and the presence the effect of temperature onproductivityinLawangDistrict. ii
