Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakngi oleh sebuah fakta lapangan pada Auto2000 Malang Sutoyo yang menunjukkan telah terjadi penurunan kinerja karyawan terkait kuantitas dalam pencapaian target yang dihasilkan. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan: (1) pengaruh knowledge collecting terhadap innovative work behavior pada Auto2000 Malang Sutoyo; (2) pengaruh knowledge donating terhadap innovative work behavior pada Auto2000 Malang Sutoyo; (3) pengaruh innovative work behavior terhadap employee performance pada Auto2000 Malang Sutoyo; (4) pengaruh knowledge collecting terhadap employee performance pada Auto2000 Malang Sutoyo; (5) pengaruh knowledge donating terhadap employee performance pada Auto2000 Malang Sutoyo; (6) pengaruh knowledge collecting terhadap employee performance melalui innovative work behavior pada Auto2000 Malang Sutoyo; (7) pengaruh knowledge donating terhadap employee performance melalui innovative work behavior pada Auto2000 Malang Sutoyo Penelitian ini merupakan explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan non probability sampling dengan metode sampel jenuh. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada karyawan Auto2000 Malang Sutoyo sejumlah 70 responden secara online melalui google form. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisa statistik deskriptif dan analisa Partial Least Square dengan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) knowledge collecting (X1) berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap innovative work behavior (Z); (2) knowledge donating (X2) berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap innovative work behavior (Z); (3) innovative work behavior (Z) berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap employee performance (Y); (4) knowledge collecting (X1) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee performance (Y); (5) knowledge donating (X2) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee performance (Y); (6) knowledge collecting (X1) berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap employee performance (Y) melalui innovative work behavior (Z); (7) knowledge donating (X2) berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap employee performance (Y) melalui innovative work behavior (Z)

English Abstract

This study is motivated by a field fact at Auto2000 Malang Sutoyo which shows that there has been a decrease in employee performance related to quantity in achieving the resulting targets. The purpose of this research is to find out and explain: (1) the effect of knowledge collecting on innovative work behavior at Auto2000 Malang Sutoyo; (2) the effect of knowledge donating on innovative work behavior at Auto2000 Malang Sutoyo; (3) the effect of innovative work behavior on employee performance at Auto2000 Malang Sutoyo; (4) the effect of knowledge collecting on employee performance at Auto2000 Malang Sutoyo; (5) the effect of knowledge donating on employee performance at Auto2000 Malang Sutoyo; (6) the effect of knowledge collecting on employee performance through innovative work behavior at Auto2000 Malang Sutoyo; (7) the effect of knowledge donating on employee performance through innovative work behavior at Auto2000 Malang Sutoyo. This study is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling with the saturated sample method. Researchers distributed questionnaires to employees of Auto2000 Malang Sutoyo with a total of 70 respondents through an online google form. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive statistical analysis and Partial Least Square analysis using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the study show that: (1) knowledge collecting (X1) has a positive significant effect on innovative work behavior (Z); (2) knowledge donating (X2) has a positive significant effect on innovative work behavior (Z); (3) innovative work behavior (Z) has a positive significant effect on employee performance (Y); (4) knowledge collecting (X1) has no significant effect on employee performance (Y); (5) knowledge donating (X2) has no significant effect on employee performance (Y); (6) knowledge collecting (X1) has a positive significant effect on employee performance (Y) through innovative work behavior (Z); (7) knowledge donating (X2) has a poritive significant effect on employee performance (Y) through innovative work behavior (Z).
