Abstract
Pengembangan sektor pariwisata saat ini didasari dengan konsep pariwisata berkelanjutan (sustainability tourism). Desa Bangelan memanfaatkan potensi alam, peternakan, dan pertaniannya sebagai daya tarik wisata. Desa Bangelan menjadi desa wisata dengan karakteristik wisata agrikultur yang dikembangkan sejak awal tahun 2020 dan memiliki daya tarik wisata meliputi air terjun tanaka, taman bangelan, kafe bangelan, wisata edukasi budidaya kambing etawa, dan wisata edukasi pengolahan susu kambing. Pengembangan Desa Wisata Bangelan diperlukan peran masyarakat lokal dan modal sosial sebagai kunci dari keterlibatan masyarakat. Pengembangan pariwisata berkelanjutan tidak terlepas dari modal sosial. Modal sosial dapat memfasilitasi tindakan kolektif dan tindakan kolektif akan sangat penting untuk pengembangan pariwisata berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengonfirmasi kondisi dan menganalisis hubungan modal sosial masyarakat, tindakan kolektif, dan pariwisata berkelanjutan di Desa Wisata Bangelan, Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan sampel 261 responden yang terbagi dari Dusun Bangelan sebanyak 117 KK, Dusun Arjomulyo sebanyak 84 KK, Dusun Sidomulyo 35 KK, dan Dusun Kampung Baru sebanyak 25 KK. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengambilan data dengan survei sekunder melalui studi literatur dan instansi, serta survei primer melalui kuesioner, wawancara, dan observasi lapangan di Desa Wisata Bangelan. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel modal sosial, tindakan kolektif, dan pariwisata berkelanjutan. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)-PLS untuk menjawab tujuan penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan modal sosial masyarakat Desa Bangelan dicerminkan dari kepercayaan, norma, dan jaringan sosial. Tindakan kolektif dicerminkan dari tindakan bersama yang dilakukan masyarakat maupun pemerintah desa dalam pengembangan wisata. Serta pariwisata berkelanjutan dicerminkan dari manfaat berkelanjutan yang diterima dari adanya Desa Wisata Bangelan baik secara lingkungan, ekonomi, maupun sosial. Selanjutanya hubungan modal sosial dan tindakan kolektif dalam mewujudkan pariwisata berkelanjutan di Desa Wisata Bangelan terlihat dari kepercayaan masyarakat yang membentuk modal sosial. Kemudian modal sosial mendorong terjadinya tindakan kolektif dalam pengembangan wisata. Adanya Tindakan kolektif ini menjadi penting karena mempengaruhi pariwisata berkelanjutan dengan modal sosial sebagai dasarnya.
English Abstract
The development of the tourism sector is currently based on the concept of sustainable tourism. Bangelan Village utilizes its natural, livestock and agricultural potential as a tourist attraction. Bangelan Village has become a tourist village with the characteristics of agricultural tourism which has been developed since the beginning of 2020 and has tourist attractions including tanaka waterfalls, Bangelan parks, Bangelan cafes, educational tours for etawa goat cultivation, and educational tours for goat milk processing. The development of the Bangelan Tourism Village requires the role of the local community and social capital is the key to community involvement. Sustainable tourism development is inseparable from social capital. Social capital can facilitate collective action and collective action will be essential for sustainable tourism development. This study aims to confirm the conditions and analyze the relationship between social capital, collective action, and sustainable tourism in Bangelan Tourism Village, Malang Regency. This research is a quantitative study with a sample of 261 respondents divided from Bangelan Hamlet with 117 families, Arjomulyo Hamlet with 84 families, Sidomulyo Hamlet with 35 families, and Kampung Baru Hamlet with 25 families. This study used data collection methods with secondary surveys through literature and agency studies, as well as primary surveys through questionnaires, interviews, and field observations in Bangelan Tourism Village. This study uses social capital, collective action, and sustainable tourism variables. The analysis used in this research is descriptive quantitative analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)-PLS analysis to answer the research objectives. The results of this study indicate that the social capital of the Bangelan Village community is reflected in trust, norms, and social networks. Collective action is reflected in the joint actions taken by the community and village government in tourism development. And sustainable tourism is reflected in the sustainable benefits received from the Bangelan Tourism Village both environmentally, economically and socially. Furthermore, the relationship between social capital and collective action in realizing sustainable tourism in Bangelan Tourism Village can be seen from the public trust that forms social capital. Then social capital encourages collective action in tourism development. The existence of this collective action is important because it affects sustainable tourism with social capital as its basis.
