Abstract
RINGKASAN RAJIB ZEIN RATANG. 195040100111153. Strategi Bisnis PT Seroja Galasindo Investama dalam Berinvestasi di Sektor Riil dan Keuangan, di bawah bimbingan Prof. Dr. Ir. Keppi Sukesi., MS. sebagai Pembimbing Utama dan Dr. Mofit Jamroni, S.Pt. M.Si.sebagai Pembimbing Pendamping. PT Seroja Galasindo Investama adalah perusahaan Holding Company yang terdepan dalam mengeskalasi bisnis para mahasiswa dan UMKM secara berkelanjutan guna menciptakan nilai jangka panjang bagi Indonesia dan pemangku kepentingan. Hal ini mencerminkan komitmen kuat Perseroan dalam mendukung UMKM dan mahasiswa wirausaha sebagai motor pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. Melalui entitas anak, Perseroan juga berinvestasi pada sektor keuangan, khususnya pada saham-saham perusahaan publik (emiten) yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Saat ini, Seroja Galasindo Group telah memiliki 5 perusahaan investee yang dimiliki secara langsung dan tidak langsung, antara lain, Seroja Boga Nusantara (sub-holding di sektor riil), Mokukombucha (teh kombucha), Showiper (pembersih sepatu instant), PT DEVRA Berdaya Kapital (sub-holding di sektor keuangan), dan DEVRA Technology (sub-holding di bidang teknologi). Perseroan memiliki perusahaan afiliasi, yakni PT DEVRA Creative Management yang bergerak di bidang Social Media & Digital Marketing Agency. Seroja Galasindo Group, melalui PT Seroja Galasindo Investama, membedakan inovasinya dari perusahaan pendanaan lainnya dengan fokus pada pendanaan berbasis ekuitas, mentoring aktif, dan integrasi ekosistem bisnis. Berbeda dengan perusahaan pendanaan tradisional dan fintech yang menggunakan skema utang, Seroja Galasindo Group memberikan pembiayaan berbasis kepemilikan saham, mengurangi beban pembayaran bulanan. Mereka juga memberikan pendampingan kepada pelaku usaha, termasuk nasihat keuangan dan aksi korporasi. Selain itu, Seroja Galasindo Group memiliki keunggulan dalam integrasi ekosistem bisnis, dengan beragam perusahaan investee di sektor FMCG, teknologi, dan pemasaran digital. Dalam konteks agribisnis, investasinya melalui Seroja Boga Nusantara mencakup unit usaha mahasiswa yang menghasilkan produk turunan pertanian seperti roti dan donat. Terlepas dari beberapa tantangan, Perseroan tetap fokus pada sektor riil, dengan DEVRA Technology berencana berkolaborasi dengan petani bunga lokal. Meskipun menghadapi penurunan nilai investasi pada sektor riil, Perseroan mencatat kinerja positif pada sektor keuangan, terutama melalui DEVRA Kapital. Dalam menghadapi risiko, Perseroan memiliki manajemen risiko yang efektif. Meski demikian, evaluasi terhadap kerugian investasi di sektor riil dilakukan, dan Perseroan tetap optimis terhadap pertumbuhan sektor riil melalui DEVRA Technology. Pada aspek keuangan, Perseroan mencatat saldo laba positif dan tingkat profitabilitas yang baik pada 10M2023, meskipun perlu perbaikan kinerja investasi pada sektor riil.

Keppi Sukesi, MS as the Main Supervisor and Dr. Mofit Jamroni, S.Pt, M.Sc. as the Assistant Supervisor. PT Seroja Galasindo Investama is a leading Holding Company dedicated to scaling up the businesses of students and SMEs sustainably to create long-term value for Indonesia and stakeholders. This reflects the company's strong commitment to supporting SMEs and entrepreneurial students as engines of Indonesia's economic growth. Through its subsidiaries, the company also invests in the financial sector, particularly in publicly listed stocks on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Currently, Seroja Galasindo Group has 5 directly and indirectly owned investee companies, including Seroja Boga Nusantara (a sub-holding in the real sector), Mokukombucha (kombucha tea), Showiper (instant shoe cleaner), PT DEVRA Berdaya Kapital (a sub-holding in the financial sector), and DEVRA Technology (a sub-holding in the technology sector).
