Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh Price Book Value (PBV), Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Equity (ROE), dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap Harga Saham pada Sektor Kesehatan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Periode 2017-2021. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rasio keuangan yang dipakai pada penelitian ini adalah rasio pasar menggunakan Price Book Value (PBV) & Earning Per Share (EPS), rasio profitabilitas menggunakan Return On Equity (ROE), dan rasio leverage menggunakan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah harga saham yang menggunakan Ln dari closing price. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research) dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diambil dari annual report perusahaan yang telah di audit oleh auditor eksternal. Proses pemilihan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan terpilih 13 perusahaan dari total populasi 23 perusahaan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan menggunakan aplikasi Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Price Book Value (PBV), Earning Per Share (EPS), dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap arga saham. Sedangkan variabel ROE secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Hasil pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa PBV, EPS, ROE, dan DER berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham.
English Abstract
This research aims to determine and explain the influence of Price Book Value (PBV), Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Equity (ROE), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) both partially and simultaneously on listed share prices in the Health Sector. on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2017-2021 period. This research is motivated by the financial ratios used in this research, namely market ratios using Price Book Value (PBV) & Earning Per Share (EPS), profitability ratios using Return On Equity (ROE), and leverage ratios using Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) . The dependent variable in this research is the stock price which uses Ln from the closing price. The type of research used in this research is explanatory research using a quantitative approach. The data used in this research was taken from the company's annual report which had been audited by an external auditor. The research sample selection process used a purposive sampling technique and 13 companies were selected from a total population of 23 companies. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis and uses the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 26 application. The research results show that the variables Price Book Value (PBV), Earning Per Share (EPS), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) partially have a significant effect on share prices. Meanwhile, the partial ROE variable has no significant effect on share prices. Simultaneous test results show that PBV, EPS, ROE, and DER have a significant effect on share prices.
