Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support (X1) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y2), pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support (X1) terhadap Employee Engagement (Y1), pengaruh Spiritual Leadership (X2) terhadap Employee Engagement (Y1), pengaruh Spiritual Leadership (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y2), pengaruh mediasi Employee Engagement (Y1) di antara hubungan pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support (X1) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y2), pengaruh mediasi Employee Engagement (Y1) di antara hubungan pengaruh Spiritual Leadership (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y2), serta pengaruh Employee Engagement (Y1) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y2). Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Variabel penelitian ini terdiri dari Perceived Organizational Support, Spiritual Leadership, Employee Engagement, dan Kinerja Karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh. Data diperoleh dari 38 responden pada PT. Kazeto Putra Perkasa dengan instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan metode SEM yang diolah menggunakan software SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Organizational Support tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Perceived Organizational Support tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Employee Engagement, Spiritual Leadership berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Employee Engagement, Spiritual Leadership tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Employee Engagement tidak memediasi pengaruh antara Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Employee Engagement memediasi pengaruh antara Spiritual Leadership terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan Employee Engagement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.
English Abstract
This research aims to understand the effect of Perceived Organizational Support (X1) on Employee Performance (Y2), the effect of Perceived Organizational Support (X1) on Employee Engagement (Y1), the effect of Spiritual Leadership (X2) on Employee Engagement (Y1), the effect of Spiritual Leadership (X2) on Employee Performance (Y2), the mediation effect of Employee Engagement (Y1) between the relation effect of Perceived Organizational Support (X1) on Employee Performance (Y2), the mediation effect of Employee Engagement (Y1) between the relation effect of Spiritual Leadership (X2) on Employee Performance (Y2), and the effect of Employee Engagement (Y1) on Employee Performance (Y2). This research is using explanatory research with quantitave approach. This research variable includes Perceived Organizational Support, Spiritual Leadership, Employee Engagement, and Employee Performance. The sampling technique was using saturated samples. The data was collected from 38 respondents on PT. Kazeto Putra Perkasa with research instruments using questionnare. The data analysis using SEM method with the help of SmartPLS 3 software. The research results showed that Perceived Organizational Support has no significant effect on Employee Performance, Perceived Organizational Support has no significant effect on Employee Engagement, Spiritual Leadership has a significant effect on Employee Engagement, Spiritual Leadership has no significant effect on Employee Performance, Employee Engagement has no mediation effect between Perceived Organizational Support on Employee Performance, Employee Engagement has mediation effect between Spiritual Leadership on Employee Performance, and Employee Engagement has a significant effect on Employee Performance.
