Abstract
GLAM merupakan hibridisasi dan kolaborasi antar empat unit yang berbeda yang kemudian dikelola secara terpadu secara struktural, operasional, dan fungsional. Perpustakaan Proklamator Bung Karno menjadi lembaga yang menerapkan konsep GLAM pertama di Indonesia karena perpustakaan ini telah memenuhi Four Cultural Heritage atau konsep GLAM. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengelolaan dan pengembangan Gallery, Library, Archive, and Museum (GLAM) Perpustakaan Proklamator Bung Karno. Metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu pengelolaan GLAM belum maksimal ditinjau secara umum berdasarkan empat fungsi manajemen organisasi yaitu fungsi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, kepegawaian, pemotivasian, dan pengawasan. Selain itu juga belum terlihat langkah pengembangan ke arah GLAM di Perpustakaan Proklamator Bung Karno.
English Abstract
GLAM is hybridization and collaboration between four different units which are then managed in an integrated manner structurally, operationally, and functionally. The Library of Proklamator Bung Karno is the first institution to implement the GLAM concept in Indonesia because this library has fulfilled the Four Cultural Heritage or GLAM concept. The aim of this research is to know and analyze the management and development of the Gallery, Library, Archive, and Museum (GLAM) of the Library of Proklamator Bung Karno. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. This research concludes that GLAM management has not been maximized in general terms based on four organizational management functions, namely the functions of planning, organizing, staffing, motivating, and supervising. Apart from that, there are no visible steps toward developing GLAM in the Library of Proklamator Bung Karno.
