Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan karena kemampuan literasi digital guru di MAN 2 Kota Malang belum optimal dalam persiapan program madrasah digital. Literasi digital guru merupakan kemampuan yang penting bagi guru untuk menghadapi tantangan era digital dan kemajuan teknologi informasi yang semakin cepat. Kemampuan ini meliputi tidak hanya penggunaan perangkat dan teknologi digital, tetapi juga keterampilan yang lebih luas seperti kemampuan untuk mengevaluasi dan mengelola informasi secara kritis. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis tentang hubungan Literasi digital dengan persepsi kinerja guru di MAN 2 Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian inferensial dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji korelasi yang diolah menggunakan IBM SPSS version 26 for Windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi kuat dan hubungan positif antara Literasi digital (X) dengan Persepsi kinerja guru (Y). kuatnya hubungan ditunjukkan oleh nilai korelasi sebesar 0,767.
English Abstract
This research is motivated by the perception of digital literacy of teachers that has not been optimal in implementing the digital madrasah program at MAN 2 Malang City. Digital literacy of teachers is an important ability for teachers to face the challenges of the digital era and the rapid advancement of information technology. This ability includes not only the use of digital devices and technology, but also broader skills such as the ability to critically evaluate and manage information.The purpose of this research is to explain and analyze the relationship between digital literacy perception and teacher performance at MAN 2 Malang City. This research uses an inferential research type with a quantitative approach. While the method used in this research uses a survey method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and documentation studies. The data analysis technique in this research uses a correlation test processed using IBM SPSS version 26 for Windows.The results of this study show that there is a strong and positive correlation between Digital Literacy (X) and Perception Teacher Performance (Y). The strength of the relationship is indicated by a correlation coefficient of 0.767.
