Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis program pendidikan dan pelatihan berbasis digital dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru di SD N Cemara Dua No. 13 Kota Surakarta. Adapun teori dalam penelitian ini antara lain administrasi pendidikan, manajemen sumber daya pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, pendidikan dan pelatihan, dan kompetensi guru. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis dengan tahapan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Terdapat delapan (8) fokus dalam pelaksanaan program pendidikan dan pelatihan dalam penelitian, yaitu: : a) materi pelatihan, b) metode penyampaian, c) sarana dan prasarana, d) kapasitas pemateri, e) proses belajar materi, f) proporsi waktu, dan g) metode penyelenggaraan, dan h) hasil pelatihan serta faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat pelaksanaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan dan pelatihan berbasis digital melalui platform merdeka mengajar dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru di SD N Cemara Dua No. 13 Kota Surakarta dapat dikatakan baik. Hal ini dikarenakan setelah melakukan pelatihan mandiri melalui Platform Merdeka Mengajar para guru di SD N Cemara Dua No. 13 Kota Surakarta mengalami peningkatan kreatifitas dalam mengajar serta peningkatan teknologi. Dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan dan pelatihan berbasis digital melalui Platform Merdeka Mengajar masih ditemukan beberapa hambatan yang menjadi kendala, seperti tidak adanya kebijakan yang komprehensif, tidak adanya tim supervisi, kurangnya motivasi diri, komunikasi hanya satu arah, kurangnya pemahaman teknologi, dan tidak adanya standar penilaian pelatihan . Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar adanya pembuatan kebijakan, pembentukan tim supervisi, pengadaan fitur komunikasi, pembuatan standar penilaian oleh Kemendikbud serta perlu adanya sosialisasi dan pemberian motivasi kepada peserta oleh Kepala Sekolah.
English Abstract
This study aims to describe and analyze digital-based education and training programs in increasing teacher competence at SD N Cemara Dua No. 13 Kota Surakarta. The theories in this study include educational administration, management of teaching and educational staff resources, education and training, and teacher competency. This research is a type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The method of analysis with the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. There are eight (8) focuses in the implementation of education and training programs in research, namely: a) training materials, b) delivery methods, c) facilities and infrastructure, d) capacity of the speakers, e) material learning process, f) proportion of time, and g) method of implementation, and h) results of training as well as supporting and inhibiting factors of implementation. The results of the study show that digital-based education and training through the independent teaching platform improves teacher competency at SD N Cemara Dua No. 13 Kota Surakarta can be said to be good. This is because after conducting independent training through the Merdeka Teaching Platform the teachers at SD N Cemara Dua No. 13 Kota Surakarta has experienced an increase in creativity in teaching and technology improvements. In the implementation of digital-based education and training through the Merdeka Mengajar Platform, there are still several obstacles that become obstacles, such as the absence of comprehensive policies, the absence of a supervision team, lack of self-motivation, only one-way communication, lack of understanding of technology, and the absence of training assessment standards. . Therefore, it is suggested that there be policy making, forming a supervision team, procuring communication features, making assessment standards by the Ministry of Education and Culture and the need for socialization and motivation for participants by the Principal.
