Abstract
Pelaksanaan supervisi akademik sangat penting bagi sumber daya manusia pendidik karena dapat membantu dalam mengembangkan kemampuannya pada proses pembelajaran sehingga dapat mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang optimal dan menghasilkan peserta didik yang berprestasi. Akan tetapi, masih terdapat hambatan dalam pelaksanaan supervisi akademik. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, menggunakan metode CIPP. Sumber data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu data yang bersifat primer maupun data yang bersifat sekunder. Sedangkan metode pengumpulan datanya diperoleh dari wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada tiga tahap diantaranya (1) Tahap perencanaan yaitu merumuskan tujuan supervisi akademik, sosialisasi, menjelaskan indikator-indikator supervisi akademik, pembuatan jadwal, dan instrumen-instrumen pelaksanaan supervisi akademik. (2) Tahap pelaksanaan meliputi pra observasi, observasi, dan pasca observasi. (3) Tahap tindak lanjut yaitu menindak lanjuti kegiatan supervisi akademik dengan melakukan umpan balik dan mengikutsertakan pelatihan-pelatihan seperti mengikuti seminar, Kelompok Kinerja Guru (PKG) dan lain sebagainya sehingga dapat mengembangkan kemampuannya dalam mengajar.
English Abstract
The implementation of academic supervision is very important for educators' human resources because it can help in developing their abilities in the learning process so that they can achieve optimal learning goals and produce outstanding students. However, there are still obstacles in the implementation of academic supervision. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach, using the CIPP method. The data sources used in this study are primary data and secondary data. While the data collection method is obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this research show that there are three stages including (1) The planning stage, namely formulating the objectives of academic supervision, socialization, explaining indicators of academic supervision, making schedules, and instruments for the implementation of academic supervision. (2) The implementation stage includes pre-observation, observation, and post-observation. (3) The follow-up stage is to follow up academic supervision activities by doing feedback and involving trainings such as attending seminars, Teacher Performance Groups (PKG) and so on so that they can develop their abilities in teaching.
