Abstract

Studi empiris ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dan struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan-perusahaan sektor bahan baku yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2018-2021. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda. Metode purposive sampling yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini menghasilkan 200 sampel yang terdiri dari 50 perusahaan sektor bahan baku yang memenuhi kriteria untuk jangka waktu 4 tahun. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa CSR disclosure dan struktur modal berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan.

English Abstract

This empirical study aims to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure and capital structure on the firm value of companies included in the basic material sector that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. The data analysis method used is descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression. The purposive sampling method applied in this research resulted in 200 samples which consists of 50 companies in the basic material sector that meet the criteria for a period of 4 years. This study finds that CSR disclosure and capital structure has a positive impact on firm value.
