Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan spiritual terhadap intention to stay dengan mediasi komitmen organisasional dan kepuasan kerja tenaga pengajar lembaga pendidikan DDI di Kota Parepare. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 144 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan jenis sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu SEM PLS 3.3. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan spiritual, komitmen organisasional dan kepuasan kerja, masing-masing memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap intention to stay. Kepemimpinan spiritual berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional dan kepuasan kerja. Komitmen organisasional dan kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan spiritual terhadap intention to stay tenaga pengajar

English Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of spiritual leadership on intention to stay, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction of teaching staff at DDI educational institutions in Parepare City. This research is a quantitative study with data collection methods using questionnaires. The population in this study consisted of 144 respondents. This study uses non probability sampling with saturated sampling. The data analysis technique used was SEM PLS 3.3. The results of this study indicate that spiritual leadership, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction each have a significant effect on intention to stay. Spiritual leadership has a significant effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Organizational commitment and job satisfaction are able to partially mediate the effect of spiritual leadership on intention to stay among teaching staff.
