Abstract
Latar Belakang: Pernikahan dini merupakan pernikahan yang dilakukan oleh anak atau remaja dibawah usia 19 tahun. Pernikahan dibawah umur 20 tahun dapat menimbulkan risiko kanker leher rahim, sel-sel rahim yang belum siap, dan kemungkinan terkena penyakit HIV. Kasus pernikahan dini di Kabupaten Malang menempati urutan ke 2 di jawa timur mencapai 12.894 kasus. Kecamatan penyumbang angka tertinggi pernikahan dini adalah Pakis dan Dampit. Melihat fenomena ini, perlu upaya dalam mencegah dan mengatasi perilaku seksual yang mengakibatkan pernikahan dini pada remaja salah satunya dengan edukasi. Salah satu metode eduaksi jarak jauh atau tele-edukasi yang dinilai efektif adalah dengan video conference. Tujuan: dari penelitian ini adalah Mengetahui pengaruh tele-edukasi berbasis video conference terhadap pengetahuan remaja putri tentang bahaya pernikahan dini dan dampaknya terhadap kesehatan reproduksi wanita. Metode: Penelitian menggunakan pre-eksperimental design dengan rancangan One Group Pretest Posttest. Responden diberikan intervensi sebanyak dua kali. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswi SMP-SMA NU Pakis dengan total 477. Menggunakan teknik sampling Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling Terdiri dari 45 siswi SMP dan 38 siswi SMA, total sampel 83 orang. Hasil: penelitian didapatkan nilai p value = 0.000 ≤ 0.05 menggunakan derajat kepercayaan 95%, berarti ada pengaruh tele-edukasi berbasis video conference terhadap pengetahuan remaja tentang bahaya pernikahan dini dan dampaknya terhadap kesehatan reproduksi wanita. Kesimpulan: Terdapat pengaruh tele�edukasi berbasis video conference yang signifikan terhadap pengetahuan remaja putri tentang bahaya pernikahan dini dan dampaknya terhadap kesehatan reproduksi wanita. Terjadi peningkatan nilai rerata pengetahuan sebelum adalah cukup dan setelahnya pengetahuan menjadi baik.
English Abstract
Background: Early marriage is a marriage performed by a child or adolescent under the age of 19. Marriage under the age of 20 can pose a risk of cervical cancer, unprepared uterine cells, and the possibility of HIV disease. Cases of early marriage in Malang Regency rank second in East Java, reaching 12,894 cases. The subdistrict that contributes the highest number of early marriages are Pakis and Dampit. Seeing this phenomenon, efforts are needed to prevent and overcome sexual behavior that results in early marriage in adolescents, one of which is education. One method of remote eduaction or tele-education that is appropriate and considered effective is video conferencing. Purpose: purpose of this study was to determine the effect of video conference-based tele-education on the knowledge of adolescent girls aged 13-18 years about the dangers of early marriage and its impact on women's reproductive health. Method: The research method used a pre-experimental design with a One Group Pretest Posttest design. Respondents were given intervention for twice. The population in this study were all female students of SMP-SMA NU Pakis with a total of 477. Using Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique consisting of 45 junior high school students and 38 high school students, the total sample was 83 people. Result: The results showed that the p value = 0.000 ≤ 0.05 using a 95% confidence level, meaning that there is an effect of video conference-based tele-education on adolescents' knowledge about the dangers of early marriage and its impact on women's reproductive health. Conclusion: There is a significant effect of video conference�based tele-education on adolescent girls' knowledge about the dangers of early marriage and its impact on women's reproductive health. There was an increase in the mean knowledge before was sufficient and after the knowledge became good.
