Abstract

Salah satu tujuan perusahaan adalah memaksimalkan nilai perusahaan. Nilai perusahaan merupakan hal yang sangat penting karena dapat meningkatkan kemakmuran pemegang saham. Nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan yang sudah listing di bursa saham tercermin dalam harga saham perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas, leverage, dan likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan sektor teknologi yang terdaftar di BEI. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor teknologi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 42 data perusahaan berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisa data adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa profitabilitas dan leverage berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.

English Abstract

It is essential for a company to maximize its value as it improves stakeholders’ welfares, and the value of the publicly traded companies is reflected on their stock prices. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of profitability, leverage, and liquidity on firm value. The population in this study include technology companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, from which the samples of 42 company data based on predetermined criteria are selected through purposive sampling method, and are analyzed by multiple linear regression. The results of the study prove that profitability and leverage have a positive effect on firm value while Liquidity has no effect on firm value.
