Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengujian terkait pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan dengan ukuran perusahaan sebagai variabel yang memoderasi. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sub-sektor otomotif dan komponen yang telah tercatat dan terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, serta mempublikasikan laporan keuangan dan laporan keberlanjutan selama tahun 2019-2021. Corporate Social Responsibility diukur dengan jumlah pengungkapan pada dimensi ekonomi, lingkungan, dan sosial. Kinerja keuangan diukur dengan Return on Asset, sedangkan ukuran perusahaan diukur menggunakan rumus yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Corporate Social Responsibility berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan dan ukuran perusahaan dapat memoderasi hubungan antar keduanya dengan baik.

English Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility on company financial performance with company size as the moderating variable. The samples include automotive and component sub-sector companies registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and publishing their financial reports and sustainability reports between 2019 and 2021. Corporate Social Responsibility is measured by the number of disclosures on the economic, environmental and social dimensions; financial performance is measured by Return on Assets; and company size is measured according to its formula. The results of the study indicate that Corporate Social Responsibility has an effect on financial performance and firm size properly moderates the relationship between the two variables.
