Abstract

Pemerintah DKP Provinsi Jawa Barat terus berupaya melakukan dorongan agar ekosistem mangrove Ciletuh tetap terjaga dengan menjadikan sarana rekreasi edukatif kolaboratif berupa Ekowisata Mangrove Ciletuh.

English Abstract

The Ciletuh mangrove ecosystem is currently damaged due to pond waste being dumped directly into the sea. The DKP government of West Java Province continues to make efforts to encourage the Ciletuh mangrove ecosystem to be maintained by making collaborative educational recreation facilities in the form of Ciletuh Mangrove Ecotourism. In its development, ecotourism involves many parties that can become obstacles and drivers. Analysis of the sustainability status of the Ciletuh Mangrove Ecotourism needs to be carried out to assess how good the condition of ecotourism is after damage caused by ponds. This research was conducted in February 2023 for 1 (one) week. The research location was carried out in Mandrajaya Village, Ciemas, Sukabumi, West Java or more precisely the Ciletuh Mangrove Ecotourism. The population in this study is located in Ciletuh Mangrove Ecotourism with a focus on activities related to ecological, social, economic, cultural, infrastructure and institutional dimensions. Samples were taken based on the nature of the expert's perception (judgment). Therefore, the actors involved are the village head, the head of the Mandrajaya Pokmasi, fishermen, the community and business owners. Source of data obtained by means of primary and secondary. The type of data used is qualitative data with a quantitative approach. Data were collected by means of interviews, questionnaires, and observation using a non-probability sampling technique using purposive sampling method. The dimensions used are 5 (five) with limitations on the use of attributes 7-12. This analysis uses the Rapfish statistical method (Rapid Appraisal Of Fisheries) with the MDS (Multidimensional Scaling) approach. This analysis uses Microsoft Excel included Rapfish software. Analysis of the status of sustainability in Ciletuh Mangrove Ecotourism is divided into 3 (three) stages, namely ordination analysis (Multidimensional Scalling), sensitive analysis (leverage analysis), and anomaly analysis (monte carlo). Based on the results of the ordination analysis (Multidimensional Scaling) it is known that the sustainability status of the ecological dimension is worth 69.40 (quite sustainable) with a stress value of 14.51% and RSQ 94.68%, the economic dimension is worth 40.77 (less sustainable) with a stress value of 15 .49% and RSQ 93.80%, cultural dimension 42.93 (less sustainable) with stress value 15.40% and RSQ 94.18%, infrastructure dimension 50.79 (quite sustainable) with stress value 15.14% and RSQ 94.03%, and institutional dimensions 47.82 (less sustainable) with a stress value of 15.63% and RSQ 94.04%. Based on the results of a sensitive analysis (Leverage analysis) it is known that the leveraging factors that can affect the increase and decrease in sustainability status are efforts to rehabilitate mangrove ecosystems (ecological dimension), other income outside the utilization of mangrove areas (economic dimension), access of local communities to mangrove ecosystems (dimensional social); accessibility of mangrove areas (infrastructure dimension); and involvement of community institutions (institutional dimension). Meanwhile, the anomaly analysis (monte carlo) shows that there are no ordinate points that change significantly in each dimension. So, it can be concluded that each dimension can overcome random errors in the model.
