Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh independensi, kompetensi, dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kualitas audit. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah auditor yang bekerja pada Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) di kota Malang. Sebanyak 50 data berhasil dikumpulan menggunakan teknik convenience sampling. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer berupa kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada auditor masing masing KAP di kota Malang. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa independensi berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas audit, kompetensi berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas audit, dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas audit
English Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of auditor’s independence, auditor’s competence, and auditor’s work experience on audit quality. Population in this research is auditor that working at Public Accounting Firm in Malang City. A total of 50 data were collected using convenience sampling technique. The data used is the primary data which form of questionnaires that distributed to auditors of each Accounting Firm in the city of Malang. Data analysis technique use multiple linear regression analysis with Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) as the program. As the result, auditor’s independence positively affect the quality of audit, auditor’s competence positively affect the quality of audit, and work experience positively affect the quality of audit
