Abstract

Sumber daya manusia menjadi sebuah peran utama dalam setiap kegiatan perusahaan. Beberapa faktor yang mungkin dapat mempengaruhi kinerja sumber daya manusia antara lain gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja yang telah dijalankan demi mewujudkan cita-cita dalam suatu organisasi atau instansi. Hampir semua organisasi atau instansi akan menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja yang akan dilakukan oleh para SDM nya, salah satunya yaitu di Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan (KKP) Republik Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi, menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja SDM, menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap motivasi SDM, menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja SDM, dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja SDM di Direktorat Usaha dan Investasi Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Direktorat Usaha dan Investasi Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan. Pengambilan data penelitian ini dilakukan pada 6 Februari 2023 sampai dengan 6 Maret 2023. Data yang dikumpulkan pada penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, serta kuesioner google form. Data yang didapat dianalisis menggunakan SEM-PLS. penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian survey dimana teknik menentukan sampel responden menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, yakni seluruh populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja pegawai, Gaya Kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai, Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja pegawai, Disiplin Kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai, dan Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai sehingga instansi diharapkan meningkatkan penerapan gaya kepemimpinan dengan lebih membaur kepada pegawainya untuk dapat mempererat hubungan dan meningkatkan motivasi serta kinerja pegawainya dengan maksimal.

English Abstract

Human resources play a major role in every company activity. Several factors that may affect the performance of human resources include leadership style, motivation, and work discipline that has been carried out in order to realize the ideals of an organization or agency. Almost all organizations or agencies will apply a leadership style, motivation, and work discipline that will be carried out by their HR, one of which is at the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) of the Republic of Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of leadership style on motivation, analyze the effect of leadership style on HR performance, analyze the effect of work discipline on HR motivation, analyze the influence of work discipline on HR performance, and analyze the effect of motivation on HR performance in the Directorate of Business and Investment of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries. This research was conducted at the Directorate of Business and Investment, Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries. The data collection for this research was carried out from February 6 to March 6, 2023. The data collected in this study was collected through interviews, observation, documentation, and a Google Form questionnaire. The data obtained were analyzed using SEM-PLS. This research is a type of survey research where the technique of determining the sample of respondents uses a saturated sampling technique, i.e., the entire population is used as a sample. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it is found that leadership style has no significant effect on employee work motivation, leadership style has no significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a significant effect on employee work motivation, work discipline has no significant effect on employee performance, and motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, so agencies are expected to increase the application of leadership styles by blending in more with their employees to be able to strengthen relationships and increase the motivation and performance of their employees to the maximum.
