Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh enterprise risk management, intellectual capital dan corporate social responsibility terhadap profitabilitas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisa regresi berganda. Hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa enterprise risk management berpengaruh, intellectual capital dan corporate social responsibility berpengaruh positif terhadap Profitabilitas perusahaan pertambangan dengan intellectual capital yang memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar terhdap profitabilitas perusahaan sektor pertambangan tahun 2018-2021.
English Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of enterprise risk management, intellectual capital and corporate social responsibility on profitability. The data are analyzed by multiple regression, and the results exhibited that that enterprise risk management had an effect; intellectual capital and corporate social responsibility had a positive effect on the profitability of mining companies; and intellectual capital had the greatest effect on the profitability of mining sector companies in 2018-2021.
