Abstract

Annisa Rachmasari, Program Magister Ilmu Akuntansi, Pascasarjana Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Brawijaya, 2022. Perilaku Penggunaan E-wallet: Pendekatan TAM dan Model Kesuksesan. Ketua Komisi Pembimbing: Bambang Hariadi. Anggota Komisi Pembimbing: Zaki Baridwan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan menganalisis pengaruh persepsi kegunaan, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan terhadap minat perilaku dan kepuasan, dan juga minat perilaku dan kepuasan terhadap penggunaan sesungguhnya. Studi ini menggabungkan model TAM dengan model kesuksesan. Data telah dikumpulkan dari survey terhadap 466 Dosen Perguruan Tinggi Negeri di Kota Malang yang menggunakan e-wallet sebagai responden. Hasil analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) menunjukkan bahwa konstruk persepsi kegunaan, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan berpengarh positif terhadap minat perilaku dan kepuasan, dan minat perilaku berpengaruh positif terhadap penggunaan sesungguhnya, namun kepuasan tidak berpengaruh pada penggunaan sesungguhnya.

The objective of this research is to assess and analyze the effects or perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on behavioral intention and satisfaction and the effects of behavioral intention and satisfaction on actual use. This study combines TAM and Success model. The data was harvested from a survey on 466 public higher education lecturers in Malang city who use e-wallet as the respondents. The results of the Partial Least Square analysis have led to findings that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use positively influence behavioral intention and satisfaction, that behavioral intention positively affects actual use, and that satisfaction does not determine actual use.
