Abstract

Kawasan pesisir merupakan kawasan yang memiliki potensi yang sangat tinggi salah satunya yaitu ekosistem mangrove. Ekosistem mangrove memiliki banyak sekali fungsi, seperti fungsi fisik, fungsi ekologi, fungsi kimia dan fungsi ekonomi. Sebagai salah satu fungsi ekonomi, ekosistem mangrove banyak dijadikan sebagai tempat ekowisata. Konsep ekowisata sendiri sudah mulai populer pada awal 1990-an. Selain berfungsi untuk meningkatkan perekonomian ekowisata mangrove juga merupakan sebuah upaya untuk melakukan konservasi. Salah satu Desa yang memiliki ekosistem mangrove yang telah dikembangkan menjadi ekowisata adalah Dusa Daun. Desa Daun memiliki ekosistem mangrove seluas 60,39 ha dengan berbagai macam jenis mangrove dan biota hidup di dalamnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian dan daya dukung kawasan ekowisata mangrove serta startegi pengembangan ekowisata mangrove di Desa Daun. Adanya penelitian ini juga mampu dijadikan sebagai bahan evaluasi serta perencanaan dalam pengelolaan kawasan ekowisata mangrove hijau daun oleh pokmaswas hijau daun. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada tanggal 24 – 31 Oktober 2022 di Kawasan Mangrove Desa Daun, Pulau Bawean. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan garis transek dan plot. Terdapat 5 stasiun pengambilan data. Setiap stasiun memiliki 5 plot pengamatan 10 x 10 meter dengan jarak antar plot 50 meter dan jarak antar stasiun 250 meter. Pengambilan data meliputi Kerapatan mangrove, jenis mangrove dan jenis biota. Dilakukan juga wawancara dan penyebaran kuisioner serta pengambilan data sekunder yang meliputi data pasang surut dan citra satelit. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan 12 spesies mangrove yaitu Avicennia alba, Avicennia marina, Bruguiera gymnorrhiza, Ceriops tagal, Excoecaria agallocha, Nypa fruticans, Rhizophora apiculata, Rhizophora mucronata, Rhizophora stylosa, Sonneratia alba, Sonneratia ovata, Xylocarpus mollucensis. Ekosistem mangrove di Desa Daun memiliki ketebalan dan kerapatan mangrove yang tinggi. Ditemukan juga berbagai macam jenis biota seperti ikan, mamalia, reptilia, mollusca dan burung. Nilai pasang surut pada bulan oktober di wilayah ekowisata mangrove Desa Daun memiliki ketinggian sebesar 1,8 m. berdasarkan data yang telah diperoleh, tingkat kesesuaian ekowisata mangrove Desa Daun masuk kedalam kategori sesuai karena pada stasiun 1 dan 3 memiliki nilai indeks kesesuaian wisata sebesar 82,05% dan pada stasiun 2, 3 dan 5 memiliki nilai indeks kesesuaian wisata sebesar 89,74% Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan juga daya dukung kawasan ekowisata mangrove desa daun adalah senamyak 169 orang/hari. Strategi pengembangan ekowisata mangrove di Desa Daun, Kecamatan Sangkapura yang dapat diterapkan menurut peneliti yaitu pengembangan kegiatan konservasi, peningkatan promosi, pembuatan batas wilayah, menjadikan mangrove sebagai labolatorium alam, peningkatan fasilitas penunjang wisata, pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk menunjang kegiatan wisata, penambahan kegiatan wisata dan mempertegas hukum dan aturan untuk menjaga kebersihan lingkungan.

English Abstract

The coastal area is an area that has very high potential, one of which is the mangrove ecosystem. Mangrove ecosystems have many functions, such as physical functions, ecological functions, chemical functions and economic functions. As one of the economic functions, many mangrove ecosystems are used as ecotourism sites. The concept of ecotourism itself has become popular in the early 1990s. Besides functioning to improve the economy of mangrove ecotourism is also an effort to do conservation. One of the villages that has a mangrove ecosystem that has been developed into ecotourism in Daun Village. Daun Village has a mangrove ecosystem covering an area of 60,39 ha with various types of mangroves and animal living in it. This study aims to determine the suitability and carrying capacity of mangrove ecotourism areas and mangrove ecotourism development strategies in Daun Village. The existence of this research can also be used as material for evaluation and planning in the management of hijau daun mangrove ecotourism areas by hijau daun community groups. Data collection was carried out on 24 – 31 October 2022 in the Mangrove Area of Daun Village, Bawean Island. Methods of data collection using transect lines and plots. There are 5 data collection stations. Each station has 5 observation plots of 10 x 10 meters with a distance of 50 meters between plots and 250 meters between stations. Data collection includes mangrove density, mangrove species and biota types. Interviews and questionnaires were also carried out as well as secondary data collection which included tidal data and satellite imagery. Based on the research results, there were 12 mangrove species, namely Avicennia alba, Avicennia marina, Bruguiera gymnorrhiza, Ceriops tagal, Excoecaria agallocha, Nypa fruticans, Rhizophora apiculata, Rhizophora mucronata, Rhizophora stylosa, Sonneratia alba, Sonneratia ovata, Xylocarpus mollucensis. The mangrove ecosystem in Daun Village has high thickness and density of mangroves. Also found various types of biota such as fish, mammals, reptiles, molluscs and birds. The tidal value in October in the mangrove ecotourism area of Daun Village has a height of 1.8 m. based on the data that has been obtained, the suitability level of mangrove ecotourism in Daun Village is in the appropriate category because stations 1 and 3 have a tourism suitability index value of 82.05% and stations 2, 3 and 5 have a tourism suitability index value of 89.74%. Based on the results of the study, it was also found that the carrying capacity of the mangrove ecotourism area of Daun Village was as many as 169 people/day. Strategies for developing mangrove ecotourism in Daun Village, Sangkapura District that can be implemented according to researchers are developing conservation activities, increasing promotion, making regional boundaries, making mangroves a natural laboratory, increasing tourism support facilities, empowering communities to support tourism activities, adding tourism activities and reinforcing laws and regulations to keep the environment clean
