Abstract

Pandemi Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) di Indonesia terjadi pada bulan Maret 2020 yang menyebar ke berbagai negara. Dengan adanya pandemi tersebut, system pembelajaran di Indonesia dilakukan secara daring. Bagi beberapa orang, adaptasi secara cepat akan kebijakan baru dalam pembelajaran daring terkadang menjadi beban tersendiri dan bukanlah menjadi perkara yang mudah untuk dilakukan. Tak terkecuali dengan guru. Guru yang sudah terbiasa dengan sistem pembelajaran konvensional akan mengalami kesulitan dalam pembelajaran daring, dan hal tersebut dapat memicu stress yang akan berdampak pada kegiatan belajar mengajar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui analisis stres terhadap kinerja guru di SMA GIBS selama pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian cross sectional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan didapatkan total 59 guru yang menjadi responden dalam penelitian. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) dan Kuesioner Kinerja Guru. Uji statistik penelitian ini menggunakan uji Pearson, dengan p value = 0,001 (p <0,05) dan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,421. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat hubungan hubungan signifikan antara tingkat stres dan kinerja guru SMA GIBS Kuala Barito selama Pandemi COVID-19 dan berkorelasi cukup kuat.

English Abstract

The Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic in Indonesia occurred in March 2020 which spread to various countries. With the pandemic, the learning system in Indonesia is carried out online. For some people, adapting quickly to new policies in online learning is sometimes a burden in itself and not an easy thing to do. Teachers are no exception. Teachers who are used to conventional learning systems will experience difficulties in online learning, and this can trigger stress which will have an impact on teaching and learning activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the stress analysis on teacher performance at SMA GIBS during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study used a cross-sectional research design with a quantitative approach and obtained a total of 59 teachers who were respondents in the study. Data collection was carried out using the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) questionnaire and the Teacher Performance Questionnaire. The statistical test of this study used the Pearson test, with a p value = 0.001 (p <0.05) and a correlation value of 0.421. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant relationship between stress levels and the performance of SMA GIBS Kuala Barito teachers during the COVID-19 Pandemic and the correlation is quite strong.
