Abstract

Background. ' Resistansi ~antimikroba merupakan' ‘ancaman' ‘global bagi' kesehatan masyarakat. Pseudomonas aeruginosa yang resistan memerlukan antimikroba yang yang mutakhir. Keterbatasan terapi ini membutuhkan terobosan baru dalam penanganan infeksi ini. Kombinasi antimikroba dengan efek sinergisme diduga meningkatkan angka kesembuhan pada penggunaan Klinis. Research' purposes. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk-mengetahui efek sinergisitas beberapa kombinasi antibiotik -anti-pseudomonas terhadap Pseudomonas ‘aeruginosa ‘Pan Drug Resistant dalam uji-in'vitro metode AZDAST: Methode. Uji ’kombinasi' antibiotik -dilakukan dengan metode AZDAST untuk ' menilai aktivitas/sinergistik in: vitro.' Kombinasi disk antibiotik yang digunakan yaitu Amikacin 30 Hm-Ceftazidime 30 g, Amikacin 30 Lg-Meropenem 10 jug, Amikacin 30 ug-Ciprofloxacin 5 ug dimana dua paper disk ‘antibiotik kombinasi'ditumpuk menjadi satu, dengan jarak 24 mm antar kombinasi antibiotik yang lain. Research result. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi dari keempat; antibiotik memberikan: efek sinergisme:| Zona inhibisi yang 'dihasilkan dari ‘pengujian kombinasi beberapa ' antibiotik- terhadap ' Pseudomonas- aeruginosa. “Pan - Drug' - Resistant menunjukkan' tidak ‘bermakna ‘secara statistik “(p.>0,05) baik 'dibandingkan ' 'secara keseluruhan ‘antibiotik ataupun ‘perbandingan pada kelompok kombinasi antibiotik saja.

English Abstract

Background. Antimicrobial resistance is. a global threat to public health. Resistant Pseudomonas_aeruginosa requires_up-to-date antimicrobials. This limitation of therapy requires_a new breakthrough in the treatment of this infection. The combination of antimicrobials with a synergistic effect is thought to increase the cure rate in clinical use. Research purposes. The purpose of this study was to determine the synergistic effect of several combinations of anti-pseudomonal antibiotics against Pan Drug Resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa in AZDAST method in vitro test. Method. Antibiotic'combination test was carried out using AZDAST method to assess in vitro synergistic activity. The combination of antibiotic disks used was Amikacin 30 um- Ceftazidime 30 g, Amikacin 30 pg-Meropenem 10 g, Amikacin 30 Lg-Ciprofloxacin 5 Hg where two paper disks of the combined antibiotics were stacked together, with a distance of 24 mm between the other antibiotic combinations. Research results. The results showed that the combination of the four antibiotics had a synergistic effect. The zone of inhibition resulting from testing the combination“of several antibiotics against Pan Drug Resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa showed no statistical significance (p > 0.05) either compared to the overall antibiotics or the comparison in the combination of antibiotics alone.
