Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan membahas dan menganalisa mengenai Peran Kejaksaan Negeri Batu Atas Pelaksanaan Memorandum Of Understanding Di Lingkungan Perum Perhutani KPH Malang untuk mengetahui peran Kejaksaaan dan apa saja kendala serta solusi untuk menangani pelaksanaan Memorandum Of Understanding di lingkungan Perum Perhutani KPH Malang. Dalam penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan sosiologis. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian empiris. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan juga studi dokumen. Berdasarkan pada penelitian penulis Memorandum Of Understanding antara Kejaksaan dengan Perum Perhutani KPH Malang telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan prosedur, meskipun dalam mekanisme pelaksanaan terdapat hambatan-hambatan yang terjadi. Tetapi, dari hambatan tersebut Kejaksaan dapat memberikan solusi sehingga untuk selanjutnya tidak terjadi permasalahan yang sama
English Abstract
This study aims to discuss and analyze the role of the Batu District Attorney's Office on the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding within Perum Perhutani KPH Malang to find out the role of the Attorney General and what are the obstacles and solutions to handle the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding within Perum Perhutani KPH Malang. This research applies a sociological approach. This research uses empirical research. In this study using the method of observation, interviews, and also document studies. Based on the author's research, the Memorandum of Understanding between the Prosecutor's Office and Perum Perhutani KPH Malang has been implemented in accordance with the procedure, although in the implementation mechanism there are obstacles that occur. However, from these obstacles the Attorney General's Office can provide solutions so that henceforth the same problems do not occur.
