Abstract

Keterbukaan informasi publik merupakan salah satu langkah penting dari fungsi badan publik atau institusi pemerintahan. Berlakukanya Undangundang Nomor 14 Tahun 2008 tentang keterbukaan informasi publik juga merupakan bagian untuk mewujudkan pemerintahan yang baik. Pemerintah Kabupaten Bojonegoro membentuk Pejabat Pengelola Informasi dan Dokumentasi yang bertanggung jawab dibidang penyimpanan, pendokumentasian, penyediaan, dan atau pelayanan informasi di badan publik. Sesuai dengan data register permohonan informasi pada PPID Kabupaten Bojonegoro tahun 2022 hanya 24 pemohon. Sebagaian besar masyarakat Bojonegoro kurang memahami informasi yang mereka butuhkan, sehingga diperlukan peningkatan penyebarluasan informasi sebagai pada PPID Kabupaten Bojonegoro melalui media elektronik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat video company profile dalam upaya sebagai media branding bagi Pejabat Pengelola Informasi dan Dokumentasi Kabupaten Bojonegoro kepada masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam Tugas Akhir ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penulisan dalam Tugas Akhir ini menjelaskan bahwa pembuatan video company profile dibagi menjadi tahap Pra Produksi, Produksi dan Pasca Produksi. Adapun hasil video sebagai media branding Pejabat Pengelola Informasi dan Dokumentasi Kabupaten Bojonegoro dikatakan berhasil karena dalam kurun waktu selama 7 hari penayangan di youtube, video telah ditonton sebanyak 481 kali dan mendapatkan 102 like, 0 dislike dengan 12 komentar. Hasil tersebut sudah melebihi target pencapaian video. Berdasarkan hasil daya tarik respon branding melalui isi komentar penonton, menunjukkan bahwa mereka merasa terbantu dengan adanya informasi melalui video profile tersebut dan identitas branding PPID Kabupaten Bojonegoro secara langsung telah dikenal dan dipahami oleh masyarakat.

English Abstract

Disclosure of public information is an important step in the functioning of public bodies or government institutions. The enactment of Law Number 14 of 2008 concerning public information disclosure is also part of realizing good governance. The Bojonegoro Regency Government forms an Information and Documentation Management Officer who is responsible for storing, documenting, providing and/or providing information services in public bodies. According to the registration data for requests for information at the Bojonegoro Regency PPID in 2022, there were only 24 applicants. Most of the Bojonegoro people do not understand the information they need, so it is necessary to increase the dissemination of information to PPID Bojonegoro Regency through electronic media. This study aims to make a company profile video in an effort to become a media branding for the Bojonegoro Regency Information and Documentation Management Officer to the public. The method used in this Final Project is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Based on the results of writing in this Final Project, it is explained that making a company profile video is divided into Pre-Production, Production and Post-Production stages. The results of the video as a branding media for the Information Management and Documentation Officer of Bojonegoro Regency were said to be successful because within 7 days of broadcast on YouTube, the video was watched 481 times and got 102 likes, 0 dislikes with 12 comments. These results have exceeded the video achievement target. Based on the results of the attractiveness of branding responses through the contents of audience comments, it shows that they feel helped by the information through the video profile and the Bojonegoro Regency PPID branding identity is directly known and understood by the public.
