Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan strategi analisa Social Media Marketing pada Instagram @casakreatif. Adapun judul tugas akhir yang telah dibuat peneliti adalah “Analisa Strategi Social Media Marketing @casakreatif (Studi Digital Public Relations)” hasil dari penelitian ini memperlihatkan secara langsung bagaimana pentingnya kualitas konten terhadap akun Instagram @casakreatif. Pengaruh pada konten bisa dilihat dari gaya penulisan maupun fitur Insight postingan yang telah diunggah, oleh sebab itu jenis penelitian yang diambil peneliti adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Sampel yang digunakan berupa gambar yang berhubungan dengan postingan seperti tangkapan layar unggah dan analisa hasil Insight Instagram. Cara mempertahankan eksistensi perusahaan agar tetap bisa bersaing dengan kompetitor di media sosial, salah satunya adalah Instagram, Peneliti mengungkapkan fitur pada media sosial Instagram cocok untuk brand awareness pada suatu perusahaan atau pebisnis dengan pengoptimalan konten yang tepat. Casa Kreatif sendiri adalah Agency yang bergerak di dunia Public Relations yang berlokasi di Malang. sebagai PR Agency Casa Kreatif melayani permintaan klien yang berhubungan dengan Press Release, Buzzer dan Influencer. Dari hasil tugas akhir yang telah dilakukan, Peneliti telah menyimpulkan bahwa Social Media Marketing berpengaruh pada seberapa banyak ketertarikan minat pengikut dan non pengikut Casa Kreatif.
English Abstract
This study aims to explain the Social Media Marketing analysis strategy on Instagram @casakreatif. The title of the final project that has been made by researchers is "Strategy Analysis of Social Media Marketing @casakreatif (Digital Public Relations Study)" the results of this study show firsthand how important the quality of content is to the @casakreatif Instagram account. The influence on the content can be seen from the style of writing and the Insight features of the posts that have been uploaded, therefore the type of research taken by the researcher is descriptive qualitative research. The sample used is in the form of images related to posts such as uploaded screenshots and analysis of Instagram Insight results. How to maintain a company's existence so that it can compete with competitors on social media, one of which is Instagram. Researchers reveal that features on Instagram social media are suitable for brand awareness in a company or business person with proper content optimization. Casa Creative itself is an Agency engaged in the world of Public Relations in Malang, as a PR Agency Casa Kreatif serves client requests related to Press Releases, Buzzers and Influencers. From the results of the final assignment that has been carried out, the researcher has concluded that Social Media Marketing has an effect on how much interest the followers and unfollowers of Casa Kreatif have.
