Abstract

Dalam pelaksanaan sebuah Konser membutuhkan perencanaan yang matang dengan waktu yang cukup Panjang untuk mempersiapkan konser tersebut. Imagine Promosindo belum memiliki prosedur yang jelas dalam pelaksanaan konsernya. Maka tujuan dari perancangan SOP ini adalah agar mengetahui bagaimana tahapan prosedur pelaksanaan sebuah konser musik dan rancangan SOP yang telah dibuat dapat membantu perusahaan meningkatkan kinerja yang lebih efektif dan efisien daripada sebelumnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif sebab pengambilan data yang dilakukan fokus terhadap pelaksanaan sebuah konser musik. Kemudian dilakukan wawancara dengan pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam pelaksanaan tersebut dan melakukan dokumentasi dari persiapan hingga acara berlangsung. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu rancangan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) Manajemen Event dalam pelaksanaan Konser Play Music Festival di CV. Imagine Promosindo. SOP ini berisi urutan prosedur yang harus dilaksanakan oleh pihak yang terlibat dalam konser tersebut.

English Abstract

The implementation of the Concert requires careful planning and quite a long time to prepare for the concert. Imagine Promosindo does not yet have clear procedures for conducting concerts. So the purpose of designing this SOP is to find out how the stages of the procedure for implementing a music concert and the SOP design that has been made can help companies improve their performance more effectively and efficiently than before. This study used a qualitative method because the data collection focused on the implementation of a music concert. Then interviews were conducted with the parties involved in the implementation and documented the preparation until the event took place. The results of this study are the design of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Event Management in the implementation of the Play Music Festival Concert at CV. Imagine Promosindo. This SOP contains a sequence of procedures that must be carried out by the parties involved in the concert.
