Abstract
Perpustakaan merupakan tempat atau rumah bagi buku — buku, Perpustakaan SMA Negeri 21 Surabaya merupakan perpustkaan sekolah yang memiliki cukup banyak koleksi buku. Kurangnya sistem informasi dan data pinjaman buku perpustakaan, membuat petugas mengalami kesulitan dalam menjalankan administrasi perpustakaan. Dengan adanya teknologi yang terus berkembang sistem konvensional yang saat ini digunakan menjadi tidak efisien. Oleh karenanya dengan pengolahan data yang terkomputerisasi akan mempermudah dalam memanajemen data buku di Perpustakaan SMA Negeri 21 Surabaya. Aplikasi sistem Informasi Perpustakaan berbasi Web dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP MySQL untuk memudahkan karyawan dalam pencarian data yang ada dan administrasi pinjaman buku dengan cepat, efektif dan efisien.
English Abstract
The library is a place or home for books, the State Senior High School Library 21 Surabaya is a school library that has quite a large collection of books. The lack of information systems and library book loan data makes it difficult for officers to run library administration. With the technology that continues to develop, the conventional system currently used becomes inefficient. Therefore, computerized data processing will make it easier to manage book data at the State Senior High School Library 21 Surabaya. Web-based library information system application is made using the PHP MySQL programming language to make it easier for employees to search for existing data and administer book loans quickly, effectively and efflciently.
