Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan memahami Peran Production Assistant di setiap proses produksi yang dibagi menjadi tiga tahapan yakni pra produksi, produksi, dan pasca produksi. Setiap tahapan tersebut memiliki tantangan dan hambatan yang tidak mudah untuk dilewati. Begitu pula dengan menjalankan program acara Kids Menu saluran Kids TV MNC Channels. Program Kids Menu merupakan program acara televisi untuk semua usia yang menyajikan tayangan tentang resep memasak yang mudah untuk dilakukan di rumah bersama keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan memahami tupoksi atau tugas dan tanggung jawab seorang production assistant program acara kids menu pada saat proses pra hingga pasca produksi, menguraikan hambatan yang dialami production assistant saat melaksanakan tugasnya, dan tanggung jawab production assistant secara teknis.
English Abstract
This research aims to understand the role of production assistant in each production process which is divided into three stages, namely pre-production, production, and post-production. Each of these stages has challenges and obstacles that are not easy to pass. Similarly, running the kids menu program of MNC Channels’ Kids TV channel. Kids menu program is a television program for all ages that presents shows about cooking recipes that are easy to do at home with family. This study aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of a production assistant of the kids menu program during the pre-production to post-production process, describe the obstacles experienced by a production assistant when carrying out their duties, and the responsibilities of a production assistant technically.
