Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki proses kreatif dalam penyutradaraan musik video di era digital, dengan fokus pada lagu "Rolls of Dream". Dalam analisis ini, kita akan melihat bagaimana sutradara menggunakan teknologi digital dan elemen kreatif untuk menghasilkan sebuah karya visual yang menarik dan sesuai dengan esensi lagu. Dengan menganalisis proses kreatif dalam penyutradaraan musik video "Rolls of Dream" di era digital, Penelitian ini berusaha untuk memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana teknologi dan kreativitas dapat berpadu untuk menghasilkan karya visual yang menarik dan berkesan, penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan dasar pendekatan observasi dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan hasil sebagai berikut : (1) tahapan yang dilakukan sutradara dalam mewujudkan sebuah karya sesuai dengan visinya, (2) cara sutradara dalam menerapkan gaya penyutradaraan di era digital ini.
English Abstract
This research aims to investigate the creative process in directing music videos in the digital era, with a focus on the song "Rolls of Dream". In this analysis, we will examine how directors utilize digital technology and creative elements to produce visually captivating works that align with the essence of the song. By analyzing the creative process in directing the music video "Rolls of Dream" in the digital era, this study seeks to provide insights into how technology and creativity can intertwine to create visually appealing and impactful works. The author employs qualitative research methods with an emphasis on observation and documentation approaches. The research yielded the following findings: (1) the stages involved in realizing a work according to the director's vision, and (2) the director's approach to implementing their style of directing in this digital era.
