Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan Three Ways Strategy yang dilakukan Jawa Timur Park Group dengan menggunakan strategi Marketing Public Relations. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, dokumentasi, dan teknik analisis data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa strategi Marketing Public Relation yang digunakan Jawa Timur Park Group Three Ways Strategy (Push Strategy, Pull strategy, Pass Strategy). Push Strategy yang dilakukan Jawa Timur Park Group yaitu publikasi konten foto dan video, pricelist, dan potongan harga atau diskon melalui media sosial (Instagram dan Tiktok). Pull strategy yang dilakukan Jawa Timur Park Group yaitu dengan menawarkan paket dan promo menarik, mengadakan event, melakukan pameran di sebuah event, dan sponsorship. Pass Strategy yang dilakukan Jawa Timur Park Group yaitu dengan mengadakan talkshow, siarang langsung, kerjasama e-commerce dan promosi melalui kegiatan seminar.

English Abstract

This study aims to explain the Three Ways Strategy carried out by the Jawa Timur Park Group using the Marketing Public Relations strategy. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, traction, and data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. From the results of this study it is known that the Marketing Public Relations strategy used by the East Java Park Group Three Ways Strategy (Push Strategy, Pull strategy, Pass Strategy). The Push Strategy carried out by the Jawa Timur Park Group is the publication of photo and video content, price lists, and discounts or discounts through social media (Instagram and Tiktok). The pull strategy carried out by the Jawa Timur Park Group is by offering attractive packages and promos, holding events, conducting exhibitions at an event, and sponsorship. The Pass Strategy carried out by the Jawa Timur Park Group is by holding talk shows, live broadcasts, e-commerce cooperation and promotion through seminar activities.
