Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Mekanisme Bantuan Hukum Kejaksaan Negeri Batu Kepada Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman Terkait Penyelesaian Penyerahan Prasarana, Sarana, dan Utilitas Perumahan di Kota Batu serta apakah ada hambatan dalam proses bantuan hukum tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian hukum empiris atau yuridis empiris dan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Mekanisme Bantuan Hukum Jaksa Pengacara Negara Kepada Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman Terkait Penyelesaian Penyerahan Prasarana, Sarana, dan Utilitas di Kota Batu sudah sesuai dengan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan. Namun terdapat hambatan ataupun kendala dalam pelaksanaan proses bantuan hukum terkait penyelesaian penyerahan Prasarana, Sarana, dan Utilitas Perumahan di Kota Batu, meskipun terdapat hambatan dalam proses bantuan hukum ini, terdapat solusi yang mana penulis berharap bisa membantu proses percepatan penyerahan Prasarana, Sarana, dan Utilitas Perumahan di Kota Batu untuk kedepannya.

English Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Batu District Prosecutor's Office Legal Assistance Mechanism to the Housing and Settlement Area Office Regarding the Completion of the Handover of Housing Infrastructure, Facilities and Utilities in Batu City and whether there are any obstacles in the legal aid process. This research uses empirical or juridical empirical legal research and uses a qualitative approach. Retrieval of data in this study using interviews and documentation. The results of this study are that the State Attorney's Legal Aid Mechanism to the Housing and Settlement Area Services Regarding the Completion of the Handover of Infrastructure, Facilities and Utilities in Batu City is in accordance with established procedures. However, there are obstacles or obstacles in the implementation of the legal aid process related to the completion of the handover of Housing Infrastructure, Facilities and Utilities in Batu City, even though there are obstacles in this legal aid process, there is a solution which the author hopes can help accelerate the process of handing over Infrastructure, Facilities and Utilities Housing in Batu City for the future.
