Abstract
Perkembangan bisnis di Indonesia yang salah satunya ialah Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) telah mengalami peningkatan yang pesat. Perkembangan tersebut memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap persaingan bisnis UMKM. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka UMKM dapat mengembangkan proses bisnis khususnya bidang keuangan dan teknologi informasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas bisnisnya dengan inovasi berupa sistem aplikasi kasir yang dapat mengelola keuangan bisnis dan menyediakan pembayaran nontunai. Salah satu UMKM dengan jenis jasa laundry yang membutuhkan aplikasi kasir dalam menjalankan bisnisnya yaitu Dzeko Laundry. Dari hal tersebut, maka peneliti tertarik untuk merancang dan membangun aplikasi kasir laundry dengan metode pengembangan yang digunakan yaitu metode Prototype yang memiliki tahapan komunikasi, perancangan, pemodelan, konstruksi, dan penyerahan. Dalam pengembangan aplikasi ini menggunakan framework Flutter 3 untuk membangun aplikasi mobile dan framework Laravel 9 untuk membangun API dengan basis data MySQL. Kehadiran aplikasi kasir laundry ini diharapkan memudahkan pemilik dan karyawan Dzeko Laundry dalam mengelola transaksi, pengeluaran, rekapan, dan data-data terkait sehingga dapat meningkatkan proses bisnis yang dijalankan oleh Dzeko Laundry.
English Abstract
The business development in Indonesia, one of which is Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), has experienced rapid growth. This development has a significant impact on MSME business competition. Based on this, MSMEs can develop their business processes, especially in the finance and information technology fields, to improve their business quality with innovations such as a cashier application system that can manage business finances and provide cashless payments. One of the MSMEs, a laundry service called Dzeko Laundry, requires a cashier application to run its business. From this, the researcher is interested in designing and building a laundry cashier application using the Prototype method, which has stages such as communication, design, modeling, construction, and delivery. For the development of this application, the Flutter 3 framework is used to build the mobile application and the Laravel 9 framework is used to build the API with the MySQL database. The presence of this laundry cashier application is expected to facilitate the owners and employees of Dzeko Laundry in managing transactions, expenses, recaps, and related data, so as to improve the business processes run by Dzeko Laundry.
