Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pemberian promo pada penjualan properti proyek perumahan subsidi The Amarta (Studi pada PT. Bintang Indonesia Sentosa). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pemberian promo pada penjualan properti proyek perumahan subsidi The Amarta terbilang cukup efektif dengan bukti adanya peningkatan penjualan.
English Abstract
This study aims to determine the effectiveness of providing promos on property sales of The Amarta subsidized residential (Study at PT. Bintang Indonesia Sentosa). The research method used in this research is qualitative research method. Data collection techniques are carried out by conducting interviews, observation, and documentation. The results concluded that the provision of promos on property sales of The Amarta subsidized housing project is quite effective with evidence of an increase in sales.
