Abstract
Latar Belakang: Endometriosis adalah diagnosis ginekologi yang dapat diketahui dengan ditemukannya jaringan sel-sel endometrium dengan adanya kelenjar dan stroma yang tumbuh dan berkembang di luar cavum uteri. Terlambat dalam mendiagnosis serta melakukan penatalaksanaan dari endometriosis ini akan berakibat komplikasi seperti mempengaruhi kondisi psikologis serta infertilitas.WHO mengemukakan endometriosis mempengaruhi sekitar 1 sampai dengan 10 wanita (biasanya pada Wanita Usia Subur) dari sekitar 176 penduduk di dunia. prevalensi endometriosis ditemukan sekitar 5-10% Wanita bahkan lebih 50% terjadi pada Wanita usia reprpduktif. Tujuan Penelitian: Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dysmenorrhea di poli obstetri dan ginekologi RS Dr Saiful anwar Malang. Metode Penelitian: desain penelitian yang digunakan pada studi ini yaitu deskriptif retrospektif dengan pendekatan case control yang dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data rekam medis pasien endometriosis di Poli Obstetri dan Ginekologi Rumah Sakit Dr Saiful Anwar Malang. Dalam kajian ini sampel berjumlah 21 kelompok case (kasus) dan 21 kelompok kontrol. Selanjutnya analisis data dilanjutkan dengan uji statistic yaitu chi square/Fisher exact. Hasil Penelitian: hasil studi ini memperlihatkan hasil analisis chi square terdapat hubungan antara endometriosis dengan dysmenorrhea dengan hasil p=0,000 yaitu p<0,005. Kesimpulan: terdapat adanya hubungan antara diagnosis endometriosis dengan dysmenorrhea pada pasien di poliklinik obstetri dan ginekologi RS Dr Saiful Anwar Malang.
English Abstract
Background: Endometriosis is a gynecological diagnosis that can be identified by the discovery of endometrial cells in the presence of glands and stroma that grow and develop outside the uterine cavity. Delay in diagnosing and managing endometriosis will result in complications such as affecting psychological conditions and infertility. WHO states that endometriosis affects around 1 to 10 women (usually Women of Reproductive Age) from around 176 people in the world. The prevalence of endometriosis is found to be around 5-10% of women, even more than 50% occur in women of reproductive age. Research Objectives: This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between endometriosis and dysmenorrhea in the obstetrics and gynecology polyclinic at Dr Saiful Anwar Hospital Malang. Research Methods: The research method used in this study was descriptive retrospective with a case control approach which was carried out by collecting medical records of endometriosis patients at the Obstetrics and Gynecology Polyclinic, Dr Saiful Anwar Hospital Malang. In this study, there were 21 case groups and 21 control groups. Furthermore, data analysis was continued with a statistical test, namely chi square/Fisher's exact. Results: The results of this study show that the results of the chi square test show that there is a relationship between endometriosis and dysmenorrhea with a result of p=0.000 (p<0.05). Conclusion: there is a relationship between the diagnosis of endometriosis and dysmenorrhea in patients at the obstetrics and gynecology polyclinic Dr Saiful Anwar Hospital Malang.
