Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan memanfaatkan Aplikasi Tableau sebagai Media Visualisasi Data Inventaris Barang Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Jombang. Jenis Tugas Akahir ini adalah deskriptif kualitartif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Tahap penyelesaian Tugas Akhir ini menggunakan proses acquire, filter, dan represent. Dari hasil Tugas Akhir ini dapat diketahui bahwa Aplikasi Tableau membantu dalam proses penyajian data. Dengan menggunakan Aplikasi Tableau penyajian data lebih fleksibel, dapat diatur dengan bebas sehingga data mudah dipahami oleh pengguna. Dengan menggunakan Tableau diharapkan dapat menunjang kinerja dan produktivitas pegawainya.

English Abstract

This research aims to utilize the Tableau Application as a Media Visualization of Goods Inventory Data in the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Jombang Regency. This type of Final Project is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques, namely observation, interview, and documentation. The completion stage of this Final Project uses the acquire, filter, and represent process. From the result of this Final Project, it can be seen that the Tableau Application helps in the data presentation process. By using the Tableau Application, the presentation of data is more flexible, can be arranged freely so that the data is easily understood by the user. By using Tableau, it is hoped that it can support the performance and productivity of its employees.
